    Assistant Network Engineer

    Job Summary

    The Asst. Network Engineer will primarily assist the Sr. Network Engineer in managing and maintaining the entire network infrastructure of the WTC. The role ensures reliable VoIP services for residential and commercial clients, maintains and troubleshoots access control systems, and supports multi-dish-to-home solutions for tenants. Key duties include managing routers, switches, and firewalls with proper PPM schedules via the Smartcheck application, rapidly resolving tenant-reported outages through the SMARTCHECK ticketing system, and implementing WTC-specific security protocols in compliance with tower policies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot VoIP systems for both Residential (SAT) and Commercial (CT) clients at WTC, ensuring seamless call quality and connectivity.
    • Maintain and troubleshoot WTC’s access control systems (e.g., card readers, biometrics) across both towers (SAT & CT), ensuring security compliance.
    • Support and optimize WTC’s CT & SAT Multi-Dish-to-Home solutions, including signal distribution, alignment, and troubleshooting for tenants.
    • Configure and manage WTC’s dedicated network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls) for SAT (Service Apartment Tower), CT (Commercial Tower) and the Recreation Area. With Propper PPM schedules on the Smartcheck application
    • Rapidly diagnose and resolve WTC tenant-reported network issues (e.g., VoIP drops, dish signal loss, access control failures) as per open tickets on the SMARTCHECK ticketing systems.
    • Implement WTC-specific security protocols (VPNs, ACLs) for SAT (residential) and CT (corporate) networks, adhering to tower policies.
    • Liaise with WTC-approved vendors for hardware repairs (e.g., dish systems, access control panels) and ISP escalations.
    • Maintain detailed records of SAT/CT network topologies, VoIP configurations, and access control logs for audits.
    • Use WTC’s designated tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG on-site OTDR) to monitor SAT/CT network performance and pre-empt disruptions.
    • Work with WTC Facility Management to align network upgrades (e.g., new tenant installations) with tower operations.

    Requirements

    • Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in network administration, troubleshooting, and support. Proven experience in configuring and maintaining routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
    • Professional Certifications: Certifications: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CompTIA Network+, or equivalent

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), and switching.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
    • Ability to troubleshoot networklatency, packet loss,and connectivity issues.

    Architect

    Job Summary

    The Architect is responsible for developing and delivering architectural designs from concept through execution, including the preparation of detailed working drawings and visualizations. The role involves close coordination with project managers, consultants, surveyors, and other professionals to ensure design accuracy, quality standards, and successful implementation.

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings from initial planning to final execution.
    • Prepare detailed working drawings as required by relevant professionals.
    • Design and coordinate with the projects manager, in the design and coordination of construction works.
    • Ensure measurements and quality standards are met in design and execution.
    • Provide drawings for documentation, printing and productions as requested.
    • Coordinate with all professionals ensuring that all drawings are implemented to design specifications.
    • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
    • Coordinate with the land surveyor on specific points and design requirements to pin point accuracy.
    • Prepare concept designs and visualizations as required for review, approval and implementation. 

    Requirements

    • Experience: 3-5 years hands-on experience in projects and constructions backgrounds
    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Tech, B.Arch / BSc Architecture). 

    Skills & Competences:

    • Architectural drawing and drafting (manual and digital).·  
    • Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD).·  
    • Visual communication and presentation skills.·  
    • Model making and 3D visualization. 
    • Critical thinking and design evaluation. 
    • Technical problem-solving during construction.
    • Project planning and coordination.
