    Restaurant / Lounge Manager

    Requirements and Skills

    • BSc Degree in Hotel Management or any related field
    • Several years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, often with prior supervisory experience, is crucial.
    • Ability to motivate and manage a team, set clear expectations, hold staff accountable, and handle human resources effectively
    • Strong interpersonal skills to handle guest issues and complaints, create a positive atmosphere, and act as a role model for service standards.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills for managing both staff and business administration.
    • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and to handle a fast-paced environment.

    Regional Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Team leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and mentorship to help them meet their goals.
    • Sales performance: Set and monitor sales goals, analyze sales data, and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
    • Budget management: Prepare and manage the annual sales budget for the region.
    • Client relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
    • Market analysis: Monitor competitors, identify market opportunities, and stay up-to-date on industry trends to suggest improvements in sales approaches.
    • Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as marketing, to align efforts and participate in sales and marketing meetings.
    • Strategy and planning: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

    Requirements, Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree in any Biomedical, Pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing, Medical Engineering or related fields
    • A Master’s degree or an MBA would be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience of proven experience as a Marketer.
