    Structural Engineer

    Job Summary

    • The successful candidate will support in the designing and construction of buildings and structures that are safe and capable of withstanding the elements to which they will be exposed, as well as improving the structural integrity of existing buildings

    Responsibilities

    • Analyse Maps, Blueprints, and Charts
    • Support in the design of project plans
    • Preparing reports and estimates
    • Overseeing Construction Sites
    • Providing technical advice
    • Monitoring and inspecting work undertaken by contractors
    • Managing projects

    Qualification

    • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
    • Professional certification will be an added advantage
    • Years of Experience: 3 Years and above

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Detail-oriented
    • Commercial awareness
    • Creativity
    • Excellent mathematical, IT and analytical skills
    • Project and budget management skills
    • Experience with structural materials
    • Seismic design knowledge
    • Good communication skills
    • Physical strength
    • Fearlessness
    • Good knowledge of Engineering software
    • Good knowledge of structural design software
    • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
    • A good working knowledge of construction methods, materials and legal regulations is important

    Admin Officer

    Job Summary

    • The successful candidate will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
    • Main duties will include but not limited to managing office stock, preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets), ensure administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long- term basis.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain and update company database
    • Answer queries by employees and clients
    • Update office polices as needed
    • Book meeting rooms as required
    • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
    • Arrange travel and accommodations.

    Requirements

    • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
    • Strong knowledge of office procedures
    • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word,)
    • Strong organisation skills with problem-solving attitude
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to details

    Education Level:

    • Bachelor degree and above

    Level of Experience:

    • 3 Years above.
