Administrative Officer at Ifgreen Industries

We are looking for a motivated individual as an Administrative Officer. You will track and reorder office supplies, organize key records and reports, preparing regular financial and administrative reports,  take minute of meeting, work with the company peelers, provide miscellaneous administrative support to staff as needed and excellent in multi tasking. 

Requirements and Qualifications

1. Minimum of OND.
2. Strong computer proficiency.
3. Excellent organizational abilities and self-starting personality.
4. Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
5. Organize a filing system for important and confidential documents in softcopy on computer system. 
6. Strong communication and multitasking skills.
7. Attentive to details
8. Must be ready to work on Saturday.
