    Creative Designer (Mid-Level)

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a skilled and reliable mid-level Creative Designer to produce high-quality visual designs that support marketing campaigns, product communication, and brand storytelling.
    • This role is for someone who can work independently on tasks, collaborate well with cross-functional teams, and consistently deliver clean, on-brand designs.

    Key Responsibilities
    Design & Visual Execution:

    • Design high-quality visual assets for:

    Campaign & Team Collaboration:

    Job Description

    • The Brand & Communications Associate will support the agribusiness arm of CapitalSage Holdings by developing and executing communication strategies that strengthen the brand’s presence across digital and traditional channels.
    • The role is responsible for showcasing the agribusiness value chain from sourcing to processing to market delivery, while creating compelling content that highlights impact, innovation, and sustainability.
    • This position requires creativity, strong digital instincts, excellent storytelling skills, and the ability to translate technical agribusiness processes into accessible, engaging brand narratives.

    Key Responsibilities
    Social Media Management:

    • Manage daily operations of all agribusiness-related social media accounts.
    • Develop and execute monthly content calendars focused on agribusiness operations, products, milestones, and community impact.
    • Respond to audience inquiries, comments, and conversations professionally and promptly.
    • Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all channels.

    Brand Strategy & Integrated Communications:

    Required Skills & Competencies

    • Experience working in agribusiness, commodities, sustainability, or manufacturing is an added advantage
    • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
