Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security strategies for the organisation.
• Establish and maintain policies and procedures to ensure physical, personnel, and information security.
• Lead the response to security incidents and crises, including investigations and risk mitigation.
• Oversee and evaluate the performance of security systems, including surveillance and access control.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments across departments or properties.
• Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to align security with business operations.
• Manage the recruitment, training, and supervision of security personnel.
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws, regulations, and standards relating to security.
• Liaise with law enforcement, regulatory bodies, and emergency services when needed.
• Maintain incident reports and manage data protection policies to secure sensitive information.

Job Requirements
Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

Experience:

• A minimum of 7–10 years of experience in a similar role.
• A military experience is an advantage.
• Proven track record of managing security operations in large or complex environments.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent knowledge of security protocols, crisis management, and investigation procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to develop strategic security initiatives that support business objectives.
• Proficiency in modern security technology and information systems.
