    Key Account Executive (Warri)

    Job Summary

    • The Key Account Executive will be responsible for managing, developing, and growing strategic relationships with key accounts across the Modern Trade and HORECA channels in Warri. The role focuses on driving distribution, accelerating sales performance, improving instore execution, and strengthening brand presence across a premium portfolio of wines, spirits, and energy drinks.
    • The ideal candidate is commercially savvy, highly driven, and possesses strong negotiation skills with solid knowledge of the Nigerian beverage market.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and sustain strong, longterm relationships with key accounts across Modern Trade and HORECA channels.
    • Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets across the product portfolio.
    • Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, pricing, and merchandising standards across all assigned outlets.
    • Plan and execute tailored trade marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive volume and brand visibility.
    • Collaborate closely with distributors and internal logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and consistent stock availability.
    • Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable insights on pricing, promotions, and market trends.
    • Negotiate trade terms, contracts, listings, and promotional agreements with key accounts.
    • Track account performance and prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
    • Conduct regular outlet staff training on product knowledge, brand positioning, and service standards.
    • Ensure full compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, pricing structures, and merchandising standards.

    Key Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in the FMCG or alcoholic beverage industry, with at least 2 years managing key accounts in Nigeria.
    • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Nigerian Modern Trade and HORECA landscape.

    Required Skills

    • Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationshipmanagement skills.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Strong analytical, planning, and strategic thinking capabilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a targetdriven environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working with both local and international beverage brands.
    • Knowledge of category management and instore execution best practices.
    • Existing relationships with major retail chains and premium hospitality outlets.

    Business Development Manager - Anambra

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute regional business plans covering Anambra
    • Drive market expansion by onboarding and managing distributors and wholesalers across the territories
    • Own and manage the Business Development Area (BDA) P&L for all three locations
    • Embed a strong performance management culture within the sales team
    • Oversee credit risk management and ensure compliance with company policies
    • Champion flawless intrade execution across all channels
