    Junior Architect – Modern & Futuristic Design Rendering

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a Junior Architect with a passion for modern and futuristic architectural design and a strong command of high-quality rendering techniques. The ideal candidate will support design teams by creating visual concepts, architectural models, and photorealistic renderings that bring our bold visions to life. This role involves close collaboration with senior architects, engineers, and project teams to translate conceptual ideas into digital representations that guide decision-making and project development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Architectural Rendering & Design Support:

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in rendering software such as Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Twin motion, or similar.
    • Experience with modeling tools: SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, or AutoCAD.
    • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for post-processing.
    • Understanding of design principles, materials, lighting, and spatial planning.

    Preferred Experience:

    • Experience working on projects with futuristic or high-tech architectural styles.

    Project Management Office Director – World Bank Projects

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager with 7 to 12 years of demonstrable experience in leading large-scale water infrastructure projects.
    • This role is exclusive to individuals with a background in top-tier consulting or engineering advisory firms, preferably ex-Big Four (PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG) or equivalent organizations with a strong focus on infrastructure, development, or donor-funded projects.
    • The successful candidate will lead end-to-end project execution, ensure compliance with donor and regulatory requirements, and maintain strong stakeholder engagement.
    • The role requires frequent travel within Nigeria for on-site project supervision and coordination.

    Key Responsibilities
    Project Planning & Execution:
