Job Overview

• The Electrician is responsible for maintaining voltage circuits and performing basic electrical operations to ensure the safe and efficient functioning of all electrical systems within the factory facility. 
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical control principles, be adept at reading and interpreting electrical control schematic diagram, be good in Direct online connection and star delta connection.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on voltage circuits and electrical systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical issues to prevent downtime and ensure continuous operation.
• Performing Direct Online connection and Delta and star delta connection
• Repair and replace faulty wiring, equipment, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
• Perform installation and testing of electrical power plant equipments, transformers, circuit breakers, relay control panels, distribution lines and auxillary equipment.
• Install new voltage electrical systems and components as required.
• Read and interpret electrical control schematic diagrams to diagnose issues and implement solutions effectively.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to electrical maintenance and safety.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and installations.
• Report any major issues or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess minimum of an OND qualification 
• 2 - 5 years experience working as an Electrician or Electrical Engineer.
• Proficient in maintaining and troubleshooting low voltage electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical control principles and familiarity with electrical control schematic diagrams.
• Good Knowledge of electrical control components such as switches, relays, contactors and sensors.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety regulations and best practices.
• Knowledge of Direct Online Connection (DOL) and Delta/star delta connection.

Job Summary

• The Mobile Crane Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the mobile crane to lift, move, and position heavy loads safely and efficiently.
• When the crane is not in use, the candidate may also support vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the mobile crane to lift, move, and position loads safely and efficiently.
• Inspect the crane and other equipment daily, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Identify and report any faults or malfunctions immediately to the supervisor.
• Assist in minor crane repairs and routine maintenance tasks.

• Assist in general vehicle repair and maintenance when the crane is not in use.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND / SSCE / GCE / NECO with 2 - 5 years experience
• Valid drivers license or mobile crane operator's license.
• Proven experience operating mobile cranes in a mining, industrial,construction environment or a related field.
• Familiarity with safety rules, load limits, and lifting procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret load charts and operation manuals.
• Physically fit and capable of workingshifts as required.

• We are seeking an experienced Chinese Translator to join our team on a full time onsitejob arrangement. 
• The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both Chinese and English, with the ability to accurately translate and interpret in both languages. 
• The role requires someone who can hear, speak and translate Chinese language.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate oral and written translations from Chinese to English and vice versa.
• Interpret spoken communication at various occasions, on-site interactions between Chinese and non-Chinese speaking staff.
• Facilitate communication between the security team and Chinese management.
• Translate security documents, patrol reports and emergency plans.
• Assist in managing security patrol and ensure timely communication of emergencies
• Assist the Head of production department ins supervision of daily activities at the factory site.
• Duly monitor all production activities and ensure the production staff carry out their duties efficiently.
• Translate production documents, meeting contents and technical training materials.
• Act as a cultural bridge between Chinese and Nigerians, facilitating clear communication and mutual understanding.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess minimum of an SSCE qualification 
• 1 - 5 years proven experience in translation and interpretation, preferably in a mining, business or technical environment.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Fluency in speaking and hearing of hausa is a plus
• Experience studying or working in China is a plus
• Should be responsible and have good management skill.
