Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive After-Sales Executive to support our spare parts and service operations. The ideal candidate will handle customer communication, coordinate service activities, process quotations and invoices, and ensure timely reporting and documentation. Experience in CRM or service coordination will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration or a related field
• 1–2 years relevant experience in service, sales support, or spare parts operations
• Strong computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Experience with CRM tools is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate after-sales service activities to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Prepare quotations and process orders for spare parts and repairs.
• Handle invoicing and ensure accurate documentation of transactions.
• Follow up with customers on service delivery and payment status.
• Submit periodic reports as required by management.
• Maintain organized filing of all service and sales records.

Job Brief

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Executive Driver based in Abuja to provide safe, timely, and professional transportation for senior-level executives. The role includes maintaining the assigned vehicle, planning efficient routes while considering traffic or potential delays, and ensuring the vehicle is equipped with necessary amenities.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent navigation skills, a strong understanding of traffic regulations, and familiarity with major routes within Abuja and surrounding areas.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum education: SSCE
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• 2–5 years professional driving experience
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and road signs
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime
• Punctual, reliable, and respectful behavior at all times
• High level of professionalism when working with top executives
• Physically fit to assist with luggage
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Proven experience as an executive driver

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport executive management staff within Abuja and on intercity trips as required.
• Ensure regular cleaning, maintenance, and servicing of assigned vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, mileage, and maintenance.
• Comply with all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company policies.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure operational readiness.
• Ensure all vehicle documents and particulars are valid and up to date.
• Immediately report any damage, accidents, or mechanical issues.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off based on schedules or instructions.
• Keep the vehicle stocked with necessary amenities.
• Assist executives with handling and loading luggage.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
• Use GPS and navigation tools to determine the safest and most efficient routes.
