    Secondary Sales Logistics Manager

    Description

    • To ensure the secondary sales fleet is running effectively & efficiently
    • To support the sales to reach the target as regards fleet management
    • Process optimization and improvement
    • Team management staff training and attendance management
    • To ensure new vehicle regulation, insurance, document renewal
    • Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs
    • Manage staff
    • Liaise and negotiate with customers and suppliers
    • Develop business by gaining new contracts, analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions
    • Continually try to improve and develop business performance within the constraints of legislation, fuel costs and rising environmental pressures
    • Implement health and safety procedures
    • Manage staff training
    • Motivate other members of the team
    • Set objectives
    • Plan and manage projects
    • Work on new supply strategies
    • Plan vehicle routes

    Requirements and skills

    • BSc / HND in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain or any related field.
    • 5 - 7 years of successful distribution and logistics management
    • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
    • Proficient in standard logistics software
    • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

    Distribution Center Management Officer

    Job Description

    • Develop continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices with team members.
    • Implement new distribution strategies to obtain profitability.
    • Analyze existing distribution procedures and recommend improvements.
    • Monitor and manage inventories at distribution center.
    • Identify appropriate resources and assign workload and schedules to them.
    • Oversee daily operations of team members and provide assistance whenever needed.
    • Perform basic administration duties and maintain clear and complete accounting records.
    • Provide outstanding customer services and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Generate monthly reports of inventory levels for management.
    • Manage storage and handling of inventories in warehouses.
    • Manage carriers to perform distributions in the assigned routes.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
    • Male
    • Age: 25-30.
