    Marketing / Sales Officer (Solar)

    Job Description
    Sales Development:

    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for domestic and industrial power
    • products especially in solar sector.

    Market Penetration:

    • Identify, target, and penetrate new solar market segments or potential business opportunities to
    • maximise product reach and sales volume.

    Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure a high level
    • of customer satisfaction and retention.

    Product Knowledge:

    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's solar products, their features, benefits, and
    • applications to effectively communicate this information to customers and partners.

    Sales Reporting:

    • Prepare regular reports on sales and pipeline reports to keep track of progress.

    Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with
    • marketing initiatives and product enhancements.

    Monthly Target:

    • Meet monthly sales targets by consistently closing deals

    Requirements
    Education:

    • A Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields. Additional Certifications in sales or marketing would be advantageous.

    Experience:

    • 2-4 years proven experience in sales, 1-2 year in solar sector,preferably in the solar products industry or a related field.

    Industry Knowledge:

    • Strong knowledge of solar products (domestic and industrial),

    Sales Skills:

    • Proficient in sales techniques, negotiation, and communication. Demonstrated ability to meet or
    • exceed sales targets. -

    Networking Abilities:

    • Strong networking skills with the capability to build and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers,
    • and distributors.

    Analytical Skills:

    • Proficiency in market analysis, identifying opportunities, and adapting strategies to changing market conditions

    Solar Electrical Engineer

    Description 

    • Design, install, maintain and monitor solar energy systems
    • Develop manufacturing processes according to global engineering codes and standards
    • Ensure that installations and applications are in line with customer needs and safety standards
    • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and apply new system processes
    • Identify potential solar energy applications in buildings and other environments
    • Conduct site assessments and make recommendations on solar energy feasibility
    • Create technical drawings and design documents for solar energy systems
    • Ensure solar energy systems are compliant with relevant legislation
    • Provide technical advice to clients and colleagues
    • Domestic/International Tender Preparation as per the requirement of tender documents
    • Floating inquiry as per the requirement of the tender document along with BOQ and technical specification
    • Following up with various suppliers for Quotation for EPC Tender.
    • Compilation of all documents from Various Supplier
    • Coordination with the Design team for LOT quantity of the tender.
    • Preparation of Costing based on the format give in the tender.
    • Analysis of the previous tender on costing
    • Checking up for new tender in Various Utility/African Countries/WBs/AFDB etc,
    • Preparation Work Method Statement, Project Implementation Schedule, Mobilization plan, Local Content plan etc.,

    Requirements

    • A Degree in Engineering
    • 2 - 4 years work experience.
    • Substation, Distribution Line, Transmission Line, Solar & Metering Experience
    • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of photovoltaic systems
    • Good problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Auto CAD design
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    • Strong organisational and analytical skills
    • Detailed understanding of solar engineering principles

    Analytics & Marketing Operation Manager

    Qualification Criteria

    • BSC or HND Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other Social Science field.

    Key Roles and Skills:

    • Minimum of 7 years experience in the Telecoms industry
    • Exposure in Marketing Operations or Product Management or Customer Lifecycle Management
    • Highly analytical in problem-solving with the ability to apply original and innovative thinking.

    Key Responsibilities
    The individual will be responsible for the company’s financials. This includes:

    • Maintaining accurate financial records, including budgeting, accounts payable and
      accounts receivable
    • Reviewing and documenting company expenses as needed
    • Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
    • Preparing financial statements and reports
    • Liaising with customer service to issue invoices to clients

    Customer Service Representative

    Job Description
    The individual will be responsible for:

    • maintaining relationships with existing company clients
    • Updating the produce list on a weekly basis
    • Sending the updated list to clients via email and WhatsApp
    • Processing orders for delivery
    • Following up with clients if orders are not being received as expected
    • Coordinating with the crop management and logistics teams to ensure clients receive
    • requested supply in a timely manner
    • Preparing documents needed for order processing and delivery
    • Responding to inquiries received via different channels (email, phone or WhatsApp)
    • in a timely manner
    • Resolving complaints if and when they arise

    Skills
