We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Gas Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production, sales, distribution, maintenance, and compliance functions while ensuring the highest levels of safety, efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all day-to-day activities of the plant, including sales, distribution, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve plant performance, reduce cost, and increase efficiency.
• Lead and manage plant personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure strict compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols.
• Oversee inventory levels and manage the flow of products effectively.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with LPG depots and refineries for a reliable supply chain.
• Coordinate and implement preventive maintenance programs for plant equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Schedule and supervise repairs as needed to minimize downtime.
• Manage the plant budget, controlling costs and preparing performance reports.
• Maintain cordial relationships with regulatory authorities, agencies, and the public.
• Build and further develop a strong customer base to drive increased sales and business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, or Process Engineering (or related field).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in LPG or Gas Plant operations, with at least some supervisory or managerial exposure.
• Strong knowledge of LPG plant operations, distribution, and HSE standards.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, sales, and performance reporting.

Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales executives, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with daily coordination and administrative tasks
• Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and documentation
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending orders
• Maintain and update customer and sales records
• Coordinate delivery schedules and liaise with operations/logistics teams
• Assist in preparing sales reports and performance updates
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely response to clients

Requirements & Qualifications

• OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in sales coordination or sales support (energy/power sector is an advantage)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
