  • Outdoor / Billboard Advertising Sales Officer

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Contact potential clients to market and sell billboard advertising opportunities.
    • Contact existing clients to arrange the placement and design of billboard advertisements they have agreed on and ensure an ongoing relationship
    • Meet with individual clients at appropriate frequencies (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.) to review schedules, budgets and create new strategies.
    • Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Conducting research on potential clients' products or services and determining the geographic location of the majority of their target customers for the sale of billboard advertisement
    • Persuading clients to purchase billboard advertising products and services by communicating the benefits of various types of advertising.
    • Providing recommendations on suitable billboard formats and sizes.
    • Explain billboard pricing costs to potential clients and negotiate a fee if necessary
    • Account manage an existing client to ensure their needs are satisfied and they are happy with the service
    • Work with production teams to ensure that agreed advertisements are carried in the right place and at the right time
    • Track purchases and keep record of sales, contacts and deals
    • Work to maximize sales and meet targets
    • Deliver sales reports to management

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
    • At least 3 years working experience in Sales of Billboard Advertising, Insurance, real estate
    • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
    • Sound knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
    • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
    • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.

    Admin and Sales Officer

    • Roles and Responsibilities

    • Responding to calls and emails from clients.
    • Sending out communication to clients on updates
    • Ensuring office and cleaning supplies are purchased and maintained
    • Ensuring the organization, confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
    • Organizing general meetings, distributing memos, disseminating information and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information.
    • Registration and renewal of all necessary licenses
    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
    • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

    qualification/ Experience/ Requirements

    • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
    • Fast learner and passion for sales
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
    • excellent knowledge of MS office
    • 2 years sales and or admin experience

    Driver

    • Follow all Operational Procedures and Standards
    • Maintain the service and appearance of vehicles daily
    • keep the cars in clean condition (Exterior, interior engine)
    • Checking the engine oil, battery water, tyres, and knowing when the car has any fault.
    • Confirm and keep records to know when the vehicle is due for servicing
    • Check all vehicle particulars and ensure they are up to date.
    • Reporting: prompt reporting of any problems developed in the cause of carrying out daily activities to the Supervisor
    • Abide by all traffic rules and regulations including Federal Road Safety Regulations.
