    Marine Advisor II

    Category: Marine 
    Job Type: Contracts 
    Job Nature: 4wk on / 4wk off - 28 days on / 28 days off - 28 days on / 28 days off

    Main Functions

    • Works to assure the safe and efficient turnaround of gas carriers and condensate tankers
    • This will include assisting with the management and oversight of all associated critical contractors including tug, and port services providers.

    Tasks and Responsibilities
    In addition to all Level 1 tasks and responsibilities, Level 2:

    • Advising on pre-job planning and writing procedures
    • Performing Risk Assessment
    • Being the client field representative offshore on marine activities advising Lead Drilling Supervisor or Completion Supervisor i.e. D&C PIC.
    • Conduct post job debrief and submit post job report.
    • Conduct rig move activities

    Job Requirements

    • 10+ years of marine experience at a senior officer position - required
    • Master Mariners license - required
    • 5 years or more experience in the company operations organization - preferred
    • University Degree required
    • Have led a minimum of 10 (ten) Jack Up rig moves at platform operations
    • Have experience in performing rig inspection for marine related equipment.
    • Candidates without the above requirements will be considered, dependent on experience.
    • Strong culture of ‘Nobody Gets Hurt’
    • Expert knowledge of current large tanker applied mooring operations and best practices
    • Strong knowledge of applied Operations Integrity Systems, specifically OIMS 8-1.

    Geoscience - Geophysicist II

    Category: Geology and Geosciences 

    Main Functions

    • Supports and enhances 2D/3D seismic and wellbore acquisition programs across company. Will interface with the operating groups, other technical specialists, and vendors to provide 2D/3D seismic and borehole seismic survey acquisition solutions which safely meet organizational goals and commitments.
    • May serve as a Formation Evaluation Specialist.

    Tasks And Responsibilities
    In addition to the Level 1 tasks and responsibilities, a Level 2:

    • Experience as exploration geophysicist with high end skills in seismic interpretation
    • Proven track record in generating prospects and discovering hydrocarbons
    • Interpretation, evaluation and appraisal skills of exploration drilling opportunities using 2D and 3D seismic data, and other geophysical data.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical or Geophysical required
    • 10+ years’ of industry experience
    • Geology & Geophysical interpretation skills
    • Advance Petrophysical analysis skills in Siliciclastic settings
    • Competency in computing applications (Geology & Petrel)
    • Strong knowledge of the Petroleum Geology of the local area at a basic minimum
    • Geoscience computing skills
    • Good team player, ability to work effectively in and with diverse work groups
    • Strong mentoring and coaching skills.

    Financial Analyst II

    Main Functions

    • Provides analytical support in order to deliver financial results. Works with internal workers and external vendors to resolve issues and provide ad-hoc financial analysis
    • Prepares cost reports including forecasts/outlooks. Assists with allocation of funds for projects based on approved budgets and monitors project accounting. Validate invoices, expenditures and change requests impacting budgets
    • Identifies and implements improvements to cost management processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
    • Senior Financial Analyst might be performing basic financial decisions and financial analysis of high complexity.

    SSHE Specialist I

    Category: Environmental, Health & Safety

    Main Functions

    • Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) Specialists not only support one or more safety, security, health, or environmental subject areas for a particular site or functional group within an affiliate but also provide a level of subject matter expertise in one or more areas.
    • The SSHE Specialist influences the field organization without formal authority by demonstrating strong operations and/or maintenance skills, and interacting effectively with operations/manufacturing/pipeline/other field organizations.
    • The SSHE Specialist also demonstrates good communication and interpersonal skills while working with diverse groups.
    • This job role will cover some but not all of the responsibilities listed below.

    Tasks And Responsibilities

    • Generates/reviews minor permits and communicates with agencies on issues not being handled by Business Line Headquarters staff
    • Serves as local subject matter expert for compliance and / or OI related questions
    • Develop/enhance site-specific compliance tools
    • Provides ongoing reviews of compliance for agency and internal requirements (e.g. regulatory, Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS), PSM (Process Safety Management) )
    • Serves as liaison between Operations and Business Line Headquarters staff
    • Assists in preparing for OIMS or agency assessments; coordinate follow-up activities and responses
    • Coordinates surveys/comments and impact estimates on proposed regulations, as needed
    • Coordinates non routine sampling/inspection programs and remediation projects, as needed
    • Plans site emergency response table top drills and stewards action items
    • Coordinates incident investigations
    • Provides quality assurance / data integrity review of local SSHE data and stewardship reports
    • Conducts SSHE Training, Orientations, Safety Meeting presentations

    Job Requirements

    • Behavioral Skills: analytical, communicates effectively, courage of conviction, manages risk
    • Functional Skills: emergency preparedness and response, incident investigation and analysis, operations integrity and compliance assessment, OIMS execution support, risk assessment and management, safety management, safety regulations and standards, fundamentals of health, fundamentals of environmental management and regulatory compliance, environmental standards, regulation development and advocacy, SSHE management - operations and maintenance, managing critical operations activities
    • Prefer college level education or equivalent
    • Demonstrated work experience in safety-related positions (including some prior oil & gas experience)
    • Knowledge of security processes and procedures
    • Proficient in use of computers and programs such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Microsoft Office
    • Read, write, and speak fluent English, as required to function effectively within a project team
    • Prefer prior experience working in a multicultural / multilingual, emerging nation, environment
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver excellence in project SSHE performance
    • Demonstrated ability to develop successful internal and external working relationships with emphasis on interfacing in a team environment
    • Ability to set priorities and work independently in performing contractor services with an appreciation for company processes and procedures
    • No training will be provided (other than the company's specific safety standards and procedures)
