Job Description

• Provide technical support service via phone, email, and other channels as required to clients.
• Providing primary backup for networks should they fail
• Ensuring the effective administration of a new business network
• Performing troubleshooting on all programs when required
• Preparing post-mortem reports and performing trend analysis when there are system failures
• Developing proposals and helping to finalize opportunities that reduce expenses
• Developing and maintaining all of the comprehensive paperwork associated with the implemented network
• Assisting other departments when it comes to localized issues
• Coordinating with various different departments to help develop a Linux network design that runs smoothly
• Managing all of the technical network resources for both projects and the business as a whole
• Assisting and providing consultancy services to clients (should it be required)
• Supervising and ensuring there is an optimal level of technical backup at all times
• Administering and ensuring project completion
• Standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Proper vendor engagement and providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
• Escalate cases to another unit and follow up on the case. Ensuring incidents are documented in a professional manner using the available Customer Relationship

Requirements
Educational Qualifications: 

• Preferred B.Sc. / HND in Computer engineering, physics, electrical electronics, telecoms engineering.

Certifications/ Trainings:

• ITIL V3/4, CCNA OR Mikrotik (MTCNA)/MTCRE/CCNP and CWNA (within 6months of hire).
• RF Radio (Cambium, Ubiquiti and other licenced radios) is preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years in customer experience and 3 years in L2 as a network support engineer

Technical Knowledge:

• Intermediate: Network troubleshooting (static routings, BGP), 
• Network Monitoring, 
• Case/incident management, 
• Problem Management, 
• Knowledge on core network architecture & configuration, 
• Knowledge on complete customer life cycle - SDRM, 
• Integration Parameters, 
• Survey & Installation sheet, 
• LAN, MPLS, VPN, 
• Troubleshooting expertise, 
• APN installation/troubleshooting, k
• Knowledge on Fiber troubleshooting and RF, 
• Reconciliation, 
• Remote Support (link integration, deployment and troubleshooting), 
• Vendor Engagement and escalation with other Administrative skills and Supervision of all L2 Network Support Engineer.

Qualifications & Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in injection molding, with a minimum of 2 years in medical device manufacturing (e.g., syringes, needles, or other plastic medical components).
• Good knowledge of plastic injection molding processes, including troubleshooting and optimization.
• Experience with Different types of polymers such as Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE) an others.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 (Medical Devices) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is preferred.

Preferred Skills & Additional Knowledge:

• Proficiency in injection molding machine setup, process validation, and cycle time optimization.
• Strong understanding of mold parts, hot runner systems, and cooling systems.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for defects like flash, short shots, sink marks, warping, or burns.
• Familiarity with mold maintenance and repair coordination.
• Knowledge of Electrical Components used in injection molding.

Soft Skills & Competencies:

• Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
• Excellent teamwork and leadership abilities to coordinate with production, QC, and maintenance teams.
• Effective communication skills to report findings, suggest improvements, and train operators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong expertise in mechanical systems, pneumatic systems, and machine maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with assembly lines, and automated packaging systems can be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of predictive maintenance techniques.
• Experience in troubleshooting mechanical failures and optimizing machine performance.
• Knowledge of wear and tear analysis, and lubrication techniques.

Preferred Skills & Additional Knowledge:

• Experience in injection molding or medical device manufacturing is an advantage.
• Ability to troubleshoot and improve Mechanical Mechanisms, Gear boxes, and Mechanical Companents.
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and process optimization.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, including electrical, production, and maintenance departments.
• Familiarity with Mechanical safety standards and compliance with industrial regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc/HND in any Technical/Engineering or any related Field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years as a Production Supervisor, preferably in Manufacturing or medical device production.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, machine operations, and assembly line management.
• Experience in supervising operators, technicians, and production staff.
• Understanding of quality control standards, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Familiarity with production efficiency optimization.
• Ability to analyze production data, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, workplace discipline
• Strong troubleshooting skills for equipment downtime reduction and quick problem resolution.

Preferred Skills & Additional Knowledge:

• Experience in the medical device industry (syringes, needles, or plastic components) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP systems for production planning and reporting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to maintain productivity and motivation.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth production flow.
