    Fleet Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Assisting in the recruitment of quality drivers into the fleet.
    • Developing efficient driver schedules to maximize profits.
    • Managing drivers so they adhere to strict schedules.
    • Registering and licensing all vehicles under their management.
    • Finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits.
    • Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency.
    • Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
    • Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
    • Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
    • Monitoring driver behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service.
    • Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency.
    • Utilizing GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles in case of theft.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees
    • 3+ years relevant work experience in a fleet management role
    • Must reside around Lekki
    • Outstanding organizational skills.
    • Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
    • Quantitative ability.
    • Attention to detail.

    Customer Service Representative

    Responsibilities

    • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
    • Generate sales leads
    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
    • Meet personal / customer service teamsales targets and call handling quotas
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
    • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in any management/social science related course
    • Minimum of 2 years experience as a customer service representative
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

    Sales and Marketing Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Identify potential customers and market segments through market research, industry analysis, and customer profiling.
    • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote products or services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
    • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and pitches to prospective clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.
    • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and qualify prospects through outbound calls, emails, networking events, and social media outreach.
    • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles
    • Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Must reside on the Island.
