    Compliance Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Create, develop, and implement core regulatory compliance strategies, and ensure that they are monitored for every department and individual.
    • Operate in a cross-functional manner to communicate regulatory testing requirements and monitor completion of submissions.
    • Ensure that all company products comply with applicable regulations (federal and state), and any regions in which they are sold.
    • Gather, analyse, and interpret technical data, and translate it correctly onto official regulatory submissions
    • Provide specialist advice on core matters concerning regulatory compliance, aiming to keep the company’s products and services within the quality control circle.
    • Maintain awareness of changing regulations for the company’s products and assist with the proper registration of components.
    • Investigate and record any complaints that may transpire due to non-compliance of regulations and take measures to ensure that it is not repeated.
    • To educating the entire staff and institute practices that will ensure the highest possible level of compliance.
    • Communicating compliance-related issues to employees across all divisions of the organization.

    Requirements

    • First Degree or its equivalent in Business Administration or a related field
    • Master’s degree is an added advantage
    • Membership of ICAN, CIS, ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or any other related professional qualification is required.
    • Certifications in compliance will also be added advantage
    • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar role, especially in the QSR/FMCG sector.
    • Knowledge of legislations, its changes, and developments as they affect the Food Industry,
    • Knowledge of Risk & Compliance standards or processes
    • Knowledge of legal standards and in-house policies
    • Knowledge of the QSR/Food Industry practices.

    Environmental Manager

    Responsibilities
    Regulatory Compliance:

    • Ensure the factory complies with local, national, and international environmental regulations and industry standards.
    • Monitor and report environmental metrics, such as air emissions, wastewater discharge, and waste & hazardous management, ensuring compliance with permits and legal limits.
    • Maintain records and documentation required for regulatory audits and inspections.

    Environmental Monitoring & Reporting:

    • Develop and implement systems to monitor environmental performance, including air, water, and waste metrics.
    • Prepare and submit environmental reports to regulatory agencies and company management on a regular basis.

    Sustainability Initiatives:

    • Lead efforts to reduce energy consumption, water usage, and waste production in the manufacturing process.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement resource efficiency projects, such as water recycling, waste to-energy systems, and sustainable sourcing of materials.
    • Set and monitor sustainability targets, ensuring alignment with corporate sustainability goals.

    Waste and Resource Management:

    • Oversee waste management programs, including recycling and disposal of industrial waste, while ensuring minimal environmental impact.
    • Identify opportunities to reduce, reuse, or recycle materials, promoting circular economy practices within the factory.

    ESG Compliance:

    • Support the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) objectives by aligning factory operations with broader corporate sustainability goals.
    • Assist in the development of ESG reports, communicating the factory’s environmental performance to stakeholders, including board and regulators.

    Risk Management:

    • Conduct environmental risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to prevent or respond to environmental incidents.
    • Ensure emergency preparedness for environmental hazards, including spills, emissions, or hazardous waste leaks.

    Requirements

    • First Degree or its equivalent in Environmental Dcience, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.
    • Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., ISO 14001, EMS) are a plus.
    • Experience: Minimum of 8 years relevant work experience in environmental management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Experience in the food and beverage industry is an added advantage
    • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance standards.
    • Expertise in waste, water, and energy management systems.
    • Ability to lead environmental audits and interact with regulatory authorities.
    • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
    • Proficiency in sustainability reporting and environmental metrics tracking.

    Corporate Communications Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Assist to develop and execute an integrated corporate communication strategy, ensuring consistent and effective messaging to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Set strategy to manage employee communications that ensure employees understand and support company strategies, principles and initiatives, and the impact on employee’s day-today activities in close collaboration with HR and Admin department.
    • Develop, manage and produce effective communications tools & platforms, such as company magazines, corporate literature and internal campaigns, that ensure staff are aware of and support business initiatives and success.
    • Develop and manage the development of annual communications cycle plans that incorporates functional and company requirements as well as supports the company’s plan and focus.

    Requirements

    • Master’s degree in in relevant Social/Management Sciences and other related discipline is an added advantage

    • Experience: Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in supervisory role in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
    • Proven track record of managing corporate communication effectively.

    Regional Sales Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Formulate and ensure effective execution of regional sales plans, policies, strategies, etc.
    • Analyze regional market/industry trends and discover new opportunities for growth, product improvements, new products development and be current on market dynamics and competitors’ activities.
    • Increase sales revenue and market share by identifying new accounts and constantly increasing sales pipelines.
    • Use the knowledge and understanding of the various SKUs of the company to drive sales penetration and gain competitive edge in the region.
    • Suggest new products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction beyond assigned region.
    • Ensure prompt attention to enquiries and complaints from customers and distributors.
    • Compile and present management report on regional sales results of the region.

    Requirements

    • First Degree or its equivalent in Sales and Marketing or other relevant discipline
    • Professional Certification in Sales, such as ISM, NASP, ICSP, etc. is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 15 years progressive experience in sales, with at least five years at a managerial level.
    • Experience in FMCG industry is required.

    Facility Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure while ensuring that facilities are safe and functioning well.
    • Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and repairs
    • Develop and execute system for regular cleaning, repair and maintenance of the company facilities.
    • Oversee procurement and maintenance and upgrade of the overall facility as required.
    • Prepare and implement annual budget for the company building and facility maintenance.
    • Update and maintain records and invoice of clients/vendors.
    • Oversee and coordinated the activity of external contractors and service providers including security, cleaning, catering etc.
    • Ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
    • Ensure that all the basic facilities, such as water and heating etc. are well-maintained.
    • Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards

    Requirements

    • First Degree or its equivalent in Social Sciences, Business Management or any other relevant discipline.
    • Relevant Professional certification is a plus
    • Experience: Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience, with at least 4 years in a mid-management role in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
    • Knowledge of strategic planning and execution.
