Role: Consumer Engagement Executive  
Industry: FMCG (Tobacco)
Salary: N300,000 net and other benefits 

• The Consumer Engagement Executive will effectively execute the plans for consumer engagement and events, involving direct consumer contact that will help in achieving the brand's commercial objectives.
• Build Consumer Engagement Plans that will drive Share of Market, In-Market Sales, Adult Smokers Share growth and positive “word of mouth” effect for the company's brands in the assigned territory 
• Support the development of channels through demand generation activities for the company brands 
• Enhance understanding of local consumer, consumer touchpoints and share insights and competitive reports 
• To drive growth of the brand's smoker base 

Requirements 

• BSc/HND in any relevant field.  
• 2+ years experience in similar role
• Knowledge of Consumer Consumption Behaviour in the tobacco/similar industry 
• Research and Consumer Insights generation understanding 
• Previous Experience in executing consumer engagement activities in the tobacco industry is a plus 
• Have the know-how on using Consumer Engagement Activities to develop Sales Channel 
• Outlet Relationship Management Skills is important 
• Keen attention to detail and comfortable with data analysis and interpretation is key
• Master of territories, vast territorial knowledge and experience in delivering Consumer Experiences is of utmost importance
