    Client Experience Analyst

    Job Description

    • Acting as the leading point of contact for all client relations - requests, orders, complaints etc. anticipating the client’s needs, and working with all support teams within the company to ensure that they are met.
    • Analysing customer feedback on product ranges and new releases as well as preparing reports.
    • Keeping informed of industry trends and new CRM technologies.
    • Convert new customers to genius clients (genius clients are able to make orders only using the platform).
    • Track and monitor customer experience across online and offline channels, devices and touch points.
    • Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
    • Tracking and monitoring client order trends and building lasting relationships with clients to inform product development and optimization.
    • Complete sales transactions or ensure issue resolution in a timely manner.
    • Work in collaboration with other teams to contribute directly to growth.

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in Client Service Management.
    • Proven track record in relationship management, b2b sales and client retention.
    • Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
    • Excellent numerical, communication (verbal and written)  and people management skills.
    • Tech savviness and a willingness to work with/sell SaaS.

    Credit Risk Analyst (Accounts Receivable)

    Job Description

    • Ensuring accounts, invoices, notices and statements are generated, issued and/or administered on time and consistent with legislative and audit requirements.
    • Negotiating with clients on arrangements regarding payments and making recommendations to management to ensure guidelines in relation to installment agreements and the processing of monies received are adhered to
    • Contact debtors by telephone, letter, email or in-person visits, to agree debt recovery plans and follow up as appropriate.
    • Reviewing documentation (all aspects of contract) to assess liability, identify contract issues and judge recoverability.
    • Using knowledge and initiative to reach amicable solutions to settling debts on behalf of clients, taking into account circumstances of the case 
    • Establish repayment schedules, monitoring repayment of debts, and adherence by debtors to installment schedules. 
    • Researching debtor companies, assisting in researching laws and procedures to provide written advice to clients.
    • Maintain statistics on recoveries.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Statistics and other related field.
    • Available to resume immediately.
    • 2 - 3 years experience in debt recovery preferably in the financial, hospitality or food industry.
    • Strong planning and organisational skills.
    • Good time management.
    • Strong communication skills (both written and oral) and excellent telephone manners.
    • Appropriately assertiveness to deal with debtors and clients.
    • Proactiveness and ability to take initiative.
    • Natural ability to interact with people from various backgrounds and various levels.

    Sourcing Associate - Drinks & Liquor

    Job Description

    • Source for vendors and suppliers through online research and market visitation. 
    • Engage vendors and suppliers to find the best products and prices available within a given market.
    • Categorize the Vendors sourced, register them on the platform and add their complete details to the vendor’s list sheet. 
    • Assign multiple vendors to each Vendease key product. 
    • Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies.
    • Manage the company’s supply portfolio ensuring transparency of spending.
    • Maintain constant communication to get up-to-date prices and introduction of new products owners, so that they can focus on serving their customers.
    • As an online marketplace, we give restaurants the opportunity to buy everything they need remotely and seamlessly from anywhere in the world.

    Qualifications

    • 3 - 4 years of proven work experience as a supplier manager or procurement manager.
    • Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgment.
    • Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management and relevant software.
    • Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships.
    • Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data.
    • Solid judgment with the ability to make good decisions.
