    Graphics Designer

    As a Graphics Designer at Trading Partner Limited, you'll be responsible for the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of our advert copy, websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, and more.

    Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.

    Responsibilities:

    • Creating and presenting concepts for new projects and campaigns
    • Brand identity, logo, and package design
    • Digital design and social media content creation
    • Vector-based illustration
    • Photo retouching, manipulation, color correcting, and archiving
    • Collaborating with coworkers, retailers and printers; attending press checks to ensure print quality
    • Developing graphics, illustrations, and other creative materials and content for the web, social, and other digital platforms that is on-brand, reinforces our status and reputation, and is appropriate for our various audiences
    • Designing the layout of materials for internal communications and business materials
    • Creating infographics and presentation materials to simplify the communication of complex concepts and data.

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years experience in graphic design
    • Strong visual communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data through images;
    • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, and Photoshop), CorelDraw, Microsoft Office, DropBox, and G Suite.
    • Experience with graphic design and production principles and processes; experience in camera operation, location and set management, audio, lighting, sound, editing, and mixing
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
    • Experience developing strategic visual content for social media
    • Experience with developing graphics, illustrations, videos, gifs, and other creative materials for web, social, and other digital platforms
    • Technically proficient with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve;
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues.

    Accountant (Import/Export)

    Job Description

    As an accountant at Trading Partner Ltd., you'll be responsible for account closing and financial report preparation, taxation, and internal control system follow-ups. Your role entails account coding & encoding, account receivable, payment authorization, tax filling, and audit coordination.

    You'll also gather, review, analyze, and present financial and non-financial information from various sources within and outside the company and make recommendations that will impact the company positively. You'll report directly to the Managing Director of the Company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
    • Coordinating internal control activities across the business to ensure the Company’s revenue sustenance
    • Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations
    • Preparing tax returns and ensuring that taxes are paid properly and on time
    • Evaluating financial operations to recommend best practices, identify issues and strategize solutions, and help organizations run efficiently 
    • Offering guidance on cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization
    • Conducting forecasting and risk analysis assessments
    • Performing all other duties that will enhance profitability, productivity and going concern status of the company

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any related field.
    • Possession of ACCA or ACA, CFA is an added advantage.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a financial reporting role in an Import/Export firm.
    • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools
    • Strong presentation skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools
    • Advanced skills in other Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Outlook, and MS Project.

    As a Warehouse Supervisor at Trading Partner Limited, you'll manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. Your responsibilities include recruiting and supervising employees, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation. This also covers every process from transshipment to storage and delivery (logistics).

    To succeed in this role, you should possess extensive experience in optimizing warehousing processes and be an effective team leader. You should be dependable and have excellent organizational and time management skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Headhunting, recruiting, and supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
    • Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
    • Communicating job expectations and coaching employees
    • Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity
    • Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal support and advice to our organization on a wide range of legal issues, including contract negotiations, corporate governance, intellectual property (trademark), and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

    Responsibilities

    • Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including but not limited to commercial agreements, employment contracts, and license agreements.
    • Provide guidance on corporate governance and compliance issues, including company policies and procedures.
    • Advise on intellectual property matters, including trademark and copyright registration and protection.
    • Manage litigation and dispute resolution processes.
    • Stay current on changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization.
    • Research, anticipate, and guard the company against legal risks.

    Qualifications
