Synthesize media strategy and accomplish them through design
Responsible for the development and management of product and business portfolio
Develops a comprehensive and aligned strategic creative plan to drive creative thinking
Manages the creation of advertisement (e.g. print, radio and television) and promotion
Prepares project and campaign briefs
Consistently understand the influence of design on consumers behaviour as it pertains to Seamfix target market and execute the right logic or feeling that is capable of influencing a purchase decision.
Drives creative alignment across all products and evaluate the value of creative requests against larger business strategy and needs
Drives brand storytelling from conception to execution
Develop the digital design, layout and feel of the advertising to be executed in various media
Collaborate with the marketing team, graphics team and software engineering team to deliver on key milestones
Generate clear ideas and concepts by delivering the words and verbal contents that accompanies the visual elements.
Drive the creative process for Seamfix to ensure deliverables meet all brand standards.
Strategize and execute innovative and compelling creative concepts and experiences that support brand marketing efforts and elevate the brand experience
Ensure quality creative/editorial content is delivered on time and on budget
Establish, develop and maintain creative, conceptual and writing standards

REQUIREMENTS
A First Class or Second Class Upper Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Graphics, Fine and Applied Arts or a related field
3- 5 years’ experience
At least 3 years of advertising agency or design studio experience as Art Director or equivalent.
Hands on experience with logo design, typography, colour, web layout design, print production, animation, image manipulation, image selection and design
Strong conceptual thinking abilities and solid art direction skills
Strong understanding of the dynamics of the advertisement industry by keeping a close eye on global creative activity and emerging design trends
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Personal branding is aligned with corporate branding
Strong time management, logic, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
High level IT skills in the latest art and design packages
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Build and support SEO strategies, including optimizing keywords in content marketing projects.
Keyword research (discovery and expansion), review and editing of ad creative/copy, review and analysis of website performance metrics, and optimization of campaigns. Grow and optimize our keywords portfolio through testing (A/B and Multivariate) with ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative keywords, etc.
Implements the digital strategy of Seamfix.
Responsible for digital advert placements.
Manage digital buying.
Provide user engagement analysis (e.g. click-through and bounce rates), SEO analysis and recommendations on the structure of websites and webpage.
On-site optimization related to page titles, URLs, redirects internal link structures, SEO Copy Editing, sitemaps review/maintenance.
Create and implement on-going testing plans for ad copy, creative, landing pages etc. to maximize media spend.
Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with the company’s goals.
Participate in forming effective paid search strategies, launch and optimize various PPC campaigns.
Ensures reduced risk of click fraud.
Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing).
Serves as primary contact for tasks including troubleshooting campaign problems and performance reporting.
Works with members of the marketing team to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
Ensure maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, accounts daily and monthly budget caps to gain better ROI, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.

REQUIREMENTS

1- 3 years’ experience
Knowledge of SEO and experience working with technical SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMRush and Moz.
Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus.
Proficiency in demand generation, marketing automation in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them into converted customers.
Working knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Catalyst, Google Analytics, Google Search Console tools), conversion tracking, the interplay of PPC/SEM and local search.
Strong understanding of landing page requirements and best practices.
Experience setting up, optimizing, and creating internal site search strategy.
Be abreast with industry trends, competition and consumers ends in relation to how they affect company’s business.
