    Admin Officer

    Our client, a well-extended trading company in sales of Sanitary Wares with its HQ in Lagos requires the services of a competent experienced and dynamic ADMIN OFFICER who will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and general office management tasks.

    This individual should be able to ensure the administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.

    Job Description

    • Manage office supplies stock and place order.
    • Organize a filling system for important and confidential company documents.
    • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
    • Monitor and receive office supplies and place orders where necessary, with proper record/book-keeping of stock through manual and electronic documentation.
    • Supervise the administrative assistant(s) in the discharge of their duties.
    • Coordinates meetings by ensuring all presentation materials and other logistics are available to facilitate meetings.
    • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned.
    • Make travel arrangement for staff, such as flights booking, car hire pick up and drop off when out of station duties.
    • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies from vendor.
    • Source, maintain and update the vendor Management System database.
    • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner on behalf of the company.

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    • Fist Degree in a related field, such as office administration, may be preferred
    • Proven 2-3 experience as an Administrative Officer
    • Solid knowledge of office procedures.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient with the use of office management software like MS Office
    • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving ability.
    • Must be proactive
    • Must be willing to use own initiatives to get things done
    • Must have knowledge of how to use standard office equipment.
    • Must be committed to excellent customer service delivery

    Salary Range

    N75,000 – N100,000 Monthly

    Credit/Loan Officer

    Our client, a well-extended trading company dealing in Sanitary Wares with its HQ in Lagos requires the services of a competent experienced, dynamic CREDIT/LOAN OFFICER to set up the loan application process, gathering required financial documentation and approving or denying loan request based on the company’s financial calculations.

    This individual must have excellent financial acumen and the ability to accurately interpret financial data to make life-changing decisions.

    Job Description

    • Meeting with clients interested in taking out a loan and providing them with the necessary information to start the loan application process.
    • Collecting the needed financial documentation and assessing the client’s creditworthiness.
    • Approving or denying loan request and communicating same decision to both client and management.
    • Calculating and analysing the risk ratios of clients based on their credit score and financial history.
    • Ensuring loan applications are in line with the company’s financial policies, as well as State laws and regulations.
    • Responsible for collecting information about potential solvency of credit applicants.
    • Evaluate credit and investment risks of loans, guarantees and investment activities.
    • Identify, measure and mitigate the risk of new transactions and make recommendations regarding deal structuring, pricing with focus on financial intermediaries.
    • Setting credit policies, lines, standards, and procedures in collaboration with the senior management.
    • Answering the clients’ questions about the loan process, taking care of customer complaint and fixing them.

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    • Fist Degree in Accounting, and Banking & Finance or similar field.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Credit/loan officer.
    • Ability to work with loan management software.
    • Strong communication skills and proven customer service experience.
    • Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Good decision-making abilities
    • Exceptional math skills
    • Ability to work under pressure as and when required.
    • Ability to create financial spreadsheet.

    Salary Range

    N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly
