    System Integration Analyst

    System Integration Analyst JD

    • Assist Business Development to obtain the valid API document during business visit;
    •  Analysis of the API  to ensure compatibility with current products;
    • Technical debugging and verification with local payment channels team after receiving commercial API;
    • Receive internal IT problems feedback, record the problems, analyze and locate the root cause with partner;
    • Market research and competitor analysis
    • Collect relevant channel information and discover new cooperative partners.

    Key Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree of computer or related major;
    • More than 2 years of relevant practical experience on payment and financial industry;
    • Familiar with HTTP, JSON, XML technical specification and other internet protocols;
    • Have a solid understanding and experience of developing and working with RESTful APIs
    •  Well-developed technical troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve problems.
    • Have a high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

    Training Manager (POS+WiFi)

    Job Description:

    • Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
    • Deploy a wide variety of training methods
    • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
    • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
    • Manage training budget
    • Provide opportunities for ongoing development
    •  Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
    •  Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

    Job Requirements

    • Experience in PTSP/Bank POS department/MMO POS preferred
    • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
    • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
    • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
    • Good computer and database skills
    • BS degree in education, human resources or relevant field

    POS Supply Chain & Logistic Support Manager

    Job Description

    • Research and study commpetitors model of supply chain, solutions for OEM and related process;
    • Establish and improve supply chain and logistic process management;
    • Inspection on In&Out stock, and deliveries;
    • Create the company’s supply chain strategy
    • Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues 
    • Evaluate and report on KPIs 
    • Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly 
    • Maintain supply chain inventory and records
    • Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
    • Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)
    • Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
    • Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain 
    • Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
    • Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals

    Job Requirement Qualification

    •  Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience working in logistics or supply chain management.
    • Detailed knowledge of logistics and inventory management.
    •  Advanced mathematical and analytical skills.
    • Experience with statistical analysis.
    • Ability to identify and anticipate stock prices based on market trends.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to write and present detailed inventory reports.
