    The Field Sales Promoter (User Growth) is responsible for driving user registration, activation, and engagement through grassroots, campus, market, and community outreach. The role focuses on offline events, partnerships, teen engagement programs, and referral-based field activities to accelerate user growth.

    Job Description

    • Recruit and register new users through physical activations in markets, parks, malls, campuses, and communities.
    • Conduct product demos and guide users through onboarding (app download, registration, KYC).
    • Promote and boost referral programs and empower referrers (agents, parents, KOLs).

    About the Role

    • Flexi Microfinance Bank is expanding its Mobile Installment product nationwide and seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Agents to join our team. In this role, you will be stationed at designated 3C HUB retail outlets, engaging walk-in customers, promoting our phone financing solution, and guiding them through the onboarding and application process.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Requirements

    KA Channel Manager

    Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

    Market Planning

    Channel Strategy & Development

    • Conduct in-depth analysis of the Nigerian mobile phone retail landscape. Identify and target key KA clients (e.g., national/regional chains like Slot, Pointek, 3CHUB, Raya). Develop phased and executable channel development roadmaps.
    • New Channel Acquisition
    • Proactively engage, negotiate, and successfully secure partnerships with new retail chain accounts. Manage the end-to-end onboarding process including product listing, POS material deployment, system integration, and store staff training.
    • Partnership Program Design
    • Formulate competitive trade terms and partnership programs (including but not limited to procurement agreements, profit margins, market development funds, joint marketing plans) based on company policies and market conditions.

    • Internal Coordination
    • Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to secure timely product supply, marketing resources, and credit policies to support frontline sales.

    • Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years of KA channel management experience in the consumer electronics industry. Prior successful experience in developing KA channels for mobile phones/consumer electronics in Nigeria or West Africa is highly preferred.

    • Established connections and a proven track record of successful partnerships with major mobile phone retail chains in Nigeria (e.g., Slot, Pointek, etc.) are essential.
