    Electrical Supervisor

    Responsibilities:

    • Designing and implementing work schedules for the electrical staff.
    • Providing motivation and assistance when necessary.
    • Inspecting and assessing the work done by the electrical staff.
    • Reading and interpreting design schematics to ensure the proper installation of electrical systems.
    • Troubleshooting major system failures and equipment malfunctions.
    • Repairing and maintaining electrical equipment.
    • Overseeing the purchasing and maintenance of the electrical equipment on-site.
    • Ensuring the work is completed on schedule and to code.
    • Maintaining a safe and clean work area.
    • Consulting with builders, architects, and other workers on-site.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a similar field.
    • Proven work experience as an electrical supervisor.
    • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Familiarity with state electrical and safety codes.
    • Advanced troubleshooting skills.
    • Basic computer skills.
    • A good eye for detail.

    Quality Assurance Officer (Printing) 

    Open Role 

    Our client ,a plastics  manufacturing and flexible packaging company,needs an individual to fill the below role.
    Location: Ojota, Lagos. 

     RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Ensuring the compliance of standard operating procedures and their effective utilization in QA department.
    • Ensuring that the total Quality Control functions of printing job are carried out as per the departmental documented Quality Plan.
    • Carrying out On – Line check of processes jobs.
    • On line monitoring of trial jobs
    • Liaises continuously with Production department on quality related issues as the case may be.
    • Report all cases of non-conforming processes and materials and ensure such are captured and resolved. 
    • Carry out other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Quality Assurance Manager
    • Assist in carrying out the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 / FSSC 22000 (Food Safety Management System) requirements across the plant.
    • Report problems with regards to the FSSC 22000 to the Food Safety team leader, when identified.

     JOB REQUIREMENTS 

    • University degree or diploma in Chemistry or any other related field. 
    • Minimum of 3 years in Packaging or related field in a structured organization 
    • In-depth knowledge of Quality Management System
    • Communication and Interpersonal skills
    • Analytical skill
    • Accurate record of Log Book

    Responsibilities

    • Confirming daily production quantity via STN
    • Clearing of production floor and ensuring that no FG is found on the shop floor
    • Posting and updating daily all customers bin card.
    • Reporting daily production discrepancies as transferred to the FG warehouse
    • Issuing goods to customers on FIFO/FEFO standard bases
    • Reporting NMI and SMI
    • Balancing of Bin Cards
    • Taking ownership of the FG in the warehouse
    • Preventing pilfering and theft
    • Avoiding stock aging by reporting regularly NMI & SMI

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree
    • 5 - 7 years in a plastic industry
    • Must be science based oriented preferably Statistics/Mathematics etc.
    • Good in calculation in kg, tons conversion
    • Ability to work under pressure and pleasure
    • Must be honest and well behaved
    • Good in communication
    • Good data management.
