I am currently sourcing for a Front Desk Officer for my client.

Location: Ikeja, Lagos.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must be a graduate in any Science background. E.g Micro Biology, Biological science, Industrial Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, etc.
• Candidates must possess a minimum of 2.1 in their first degree
• The experience required is minimum of 2 years Front-desk experience.
• Female candidates only.

Job description:

• Administration of the front office area.
• Administration of the switchboard.
• Administration of mails.
• Administration of registers – visitors’ record, mail dispatch, mail receipt and all call
• Monitor all movement within the front office area.
• Review and identify business prospect for the company through daily review of newspaper.
• Help desk administration; daily review of the company’s email; channel enquires and request to the right department and follow to ensure prompt response to enquiries and requests.
• Prompt and courteous attendance to visitors to the premises.
• Prompt and courteous attendance to incoming calls through the switchboard, ensuring that enquiries in respect of the company’s products and services are channeled appropriately.
• Prompt and courteous attendance to staff requests for calls through the switchboard, in line with the company’s policy on telephone usage.
• Ensure that the front office area is always clean.
• Dispatch of official mail in line with the company’s policy.
• Receipt and registration of all mails and dispatch of same in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure all registers are properly filled and obtain supervisor’s sign off weekly.
• Timely escalation to Line Manager, issues that cannot be resolved.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the Line Manager, from time to time, in the course of work and in furtherance of the Company’s strategic objectives.

Salary: N100,000 to N120,000 (Gross) per month.
