    Cost Engineer

    Description

    • Review and draw up the list of challenges for the basis of estimate development.
    • Draw up basis of estimate and develop frame work for the cost estimate to be used in the project.
    • List out materials and equipment in the order it will be forwarded to the OEM and vendors for quotes.
    • Take part in quality checks of completed bids in consonance to the bid requirement/check lists and ensure bid compliance to draft condition of contract in the ITT.
    • Participate in site visits/pre-bid meetings if required; identify all risks related to the project for Tendering during site visits and advise the Head Tendering.
    • Take part in the overall bid packaging exercises to ensure that bids are submitted in due date and on time.
    • Collating/developing project historical information for data update of Business Development Department and report the same to the Head Tendering

    Qualifications

    • B. Eng. degree or B. Sc. Quantity Surveyor          
    • 6+ experiences in Projects or field Engineering (Construction) pipeline & facilities
    • Good analytical skill
    • Ability to carry-out project selection
    • Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skill
    • Good communication and document management.
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft programmes.

    Operations and Maintenance Coordinator

    • Coordinates the activities of personnel who perform the operations and maintenance duties at the various locations in accordance with contract stipulations in order to obtain the required performance and accuracy
    • Maintains function and reliability of equipment by implementing a preventive maintenance programme, operating and testing system.

    • Ensures that all corrective and preventive maintenance carried out in the metering station is as per approved procedure and standards

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

    Nigerian Content Development Coordinator

    Job Description

    • Provide strategic direction and support to build relationships with NCD Monitoring Board.
    • Develop and drive strategy for achievement of key performance indicators in the Guidelines for Nigerian Content Development
    • Provide day-to-day support in collation and interpretation of local data related to the Industry that would be required to implement any strategies and plans as deemed fit.
    • Stay abreast and updated on trends within the industry focused on the development of local capacity.
    • Liaise with all stakeholders to prepare and monitor the company’s Nigerian Content Plans in compliance with local laws for all the proposals submitted.
    • Liaise with the all the involved functions, in particular Legal, HR and Finance in ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Nigerian Oil & Gas Industry Content Act.
    • Assist the Business Development Unit in maintaining competitive advantage in adding value to the Nigerian content policy.
    • Lead and manage interface and relationship building with key contacts at customer NCD departments, NCDMB, DPR (NCD), governments, and host communities.
    • Lead efforts towards participation in NCD forums, seminars, exhibitions and summits as may be directed by customers, NCDMB and other regulatory bodies. Report action items from such events and drive compliance as appropriate.
    • Lead initiatives that will promptly lead to the proliferation of skills and competencies among Nigerians of all ages, both in general.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University
    • Membership to relevant professional bodies
    • Minimum 8 years' experience in a similar capacity for similar organisations., demonstrating a track record of acquiring new business and achieving targets.

    HSE Superintendent

    • To ensure that contractor HSE practices comply with the HSE Requirements stated in the Contract Exhibit L, that proper measures and procedures are being implemented by everyone concerned, and that all risks are evaluated and planned by the contractor.
    • Ensuring the implementation of the approved
    • Contractor and sub-contractor project HSE plan and referenced procedures including bridging documents
    • Monitoring and reporting the Health, Safety and Environmental performance of the Contractor and its sub-contractors on site.
    • Participate in Risk Assessment and Job Safety Analysis studies dedicated to construction operations in hands, and ensure they comply with related General Specifications and Guide manuals.
    • Undertake site HSE audits & inspections, and ensure corrective action recommendations are conclusively closed-out.
    • Contribute in building, control and follow-up the corresponding site HSE improvement plan
    • Ensuring that site personnel receive basic HSE induction training as well as the minimum HSE training and competence required to perform their duties in a reliable and safe manner

    • Participate in the site emergency preparedness and follow-up the improvement measures undertaken after the regular exercise.

    • Thorough knowledge of risk assessment techniques and experience at organising HAZOPS, HAZIDS, HAZAN and other reviews.
    • Administrative skills including proficiency in typical office applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
    • Fluent in English language and ability to communicate well at all levels within the Company. In addition, the candidate must possess very good planning, presentation, negotiations and organizational skills.

    Slickline Supervisor
