    PR & Branding Manager

    Job Summary 

    • The PR & Branding Manager will enhance the brand awareness by sharpening the offline/online communications for HabariPay Ltd. You will give a new edge to our marketing strategies and develop ideas to improve communication between the brand and consumers.
    • The role and duties include preparing promotional material that takes our vision to the customers, use effective and timely messaging to attract new customers, develop strategies specific to different media, and networking for brand awareness. You will be our brand’s voice. Ours is a fast-paced environment that requires quick thinking and a willingness to adapt according to the situation.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develop creative messaging strategies to advertise the company’s vision and products on the top social media platforms.
    • Develop different strategies for different social media platforms and gauge their impact to keep the marketing graph high.
    • Network with clients and the biggest and most influential names in the industry to increase brand awareness and name the company in its niche.
    • Gather and analyze feedback data to develop new ideas improving branding, marketing and advertising strategy.
    • Monitor social media platforms and develop new ideas to enhance customer engagement by acknowledging and solving their problems and queries.
    • Create plans for press conferences and interviews to help send the required message to our consumer base.
    • Track ROI to measure the performance of each of the strategies to work on them continually.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations or related field required.
    • 3-5 years experience as a Brand Manager, Marketing communication specialist, PR Personnel or related roles in a fintech and a good track record for the same
    • Well-versed with working on MS Office.
    • Hands-on experience in using content management platforms and other communication tools to execute the unique ideas you come up with.
    • Familiarity with working on B2B and B2C advertising campaigns and the ability to make any marketing campaign stand out in the crowd.
    • Experience working on social media marketing and an awareness of different social media platforms and the content that should go on each of them.
    • Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in both written and spoken English.
    • The willingness to take challenges head-on and the courage to step up when others are reluctant to.
    • An eye for detail and the ability to come up with a unique and timely analysis of the feedback data received from the customers.
    • Ability to mid-wife a start-up brand and nurture it to maturity with demonstrated evidence from previous work experience.
    • Able to manage multiple sub-brands for various product verticals

    Settlement & Reconciliation Officer

    Job Summary 

    • We are looking to hire a Settlement & Reconciliation Officer to manage transaction processing, ensure timely settlement of financial activities, and maintain accurate reconciliation of accounts.
    • To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a settlement & Reconciliation Officer in a bank or financial institution. Our ideal candidate should combine an eye for details, excellent people management skills with a goal-driven mindset.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Perform daily reconciliation of all financial transactions across various payment channels (cards, POS, transfers, mobile money, etc.).
    • Validate and match incoming and outgoing settlement reports with transaction records from internal systems.
    • Investigate and resolve transaction mismatches, chargebacks, and settlement disputes promptly.
    • Liaise with banks, payment processors, and other financial partners to ensure timely settlement of funds.
    • Maintain accurate records of reconciliations, settlements, and resolution actions for audit purposes.
    • Generate and share reconciliation and settlement reports with relevant internal teams.
    • Work with IT and product teams to resolve system-related reconciliation issues.
    • Support end-of-day, month-end, and year-end financial closure processes.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal financial reporting standards.
    • Participate in the development and improvement of reconciliation and settlement processes and tools.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or related field from an accredited university
    • 2-5 years of experience in settlements, reconciliation, or financial operations (preferably in a fintech, bank, or payment service provider).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficiency in Excel and reconciliation tools; knowledge of ERP or financial software is an advantage.
    • Familiarity with payment systems, transaction flows, and financial products.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

    • Professional Certifications such as ICAN, ACCA, preferred
    • Approximately total 3-5 years of internal control/assurance experience in a Financial Institution
    • Experience in risk-based audit, internal financial control processes, governance frameworks, enterprise-wide risk management, prefer in banking industries
    • Internal Investigation experience preferred
    • Solid understanding of Internal Auditing concepts, international auditing standards and internal control frameworks Strong Analytical Skills
    • Knowledge of the banking or other financial sector and Core Banking System will be an added advantage
    • Displays high levels of integrity, objectivity and impartiality and commit to high professional ethical standards.

    • As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will be entrusted to apply your expertise in developing and implementing high-tech solutions to defend against hacking, malware and ransomware, insider threats and all types of cybercrime across all HabariPay’s platforms.     Job Description

    • As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be entrusted with a portfolio of some of our fastest-growing customers form the Fintechs, Agency Banking, Sports Gaming, and other companies that are technology driven. Your primary responsibility will be to scale and maintain the business of these companies, while helping them meet their most important business objectives.     • Represent the company at industry events, fairs, webinars, and demos

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing/Sales, or a related technical field from an accredited university
    • 2-4 years in a customer-facing role
    • Have a sophisticated commercial sense and are able to quickly understand the underlying drivers and strategy of our customers' businesses
