JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote the company and its services and activities. They will manage various channels like social media networks, Google Ads, website content and email marketing to deliver a persuasive and cohesive marketing message to their audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create digital content that increases customer engagement and enhances the company’s online brand
- Manage the company’s websites and ensure that they are all up to date on all the activities (create and upload images for the organization’s website)
- Design and implement creative graphics
- Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums
- Develop and integrate content marketing strategies
- Keep up to date with current digital trends
- Manage and develop the contact database and assist with lead generation activities
- Develop a project planning schedule with team input; create content for social media, cost estimates for ads, budget for influencers
- Organize regular meetings; ensure efficient communication with all the different specialties of the company

Job Responsibilities
- Taking responsibility for the planning and execution of financial duties and projects of a company.
- Preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability.
- Drafting budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports required by regulatory authorities.
- Managing the risks involved in the financial activities of the business.
- Estimating short and long-term financial objectives by setting performance targets.
- Compiling financial reports and supervising month-end processes.
- Drafting procurement processes and signing off on purchase orders.
- Managing and monitoring metrics, KPI tracking, and reports for the financial department.
- Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
- Providing training to staff members regarding financial processes.
Assistant Finance Manager Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Must be charted - ACA, ICAN
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a senior financial position.
- A good understanding of financial management obligations, especially statutory obligations and requirements.
- Be an analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial planning software such as Microsoft Excel and SAP.
- The ability to work independently.
