Job Functions/Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement building designs and proposals.
• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings or design.
• Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications and construction documents.
• Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
• Visiting building worksite to ensure work is being done according to the architectural plans.
• Designing sketches, digital models and rendered views during the design process

Requirements/Qualifications

• B.Sc. or MSc Degree in Architecture or related discipline.
• Must have 4 – 6 years of relevant experience with portfolios to present.
• Project management skills.
• Expert and knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawing, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
• Strong creative and visualization skills with an eye for detail.
• Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
• Excellent presentation and communication techniques.
• Portfolio on previous works.
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, Photoshop etc.

• Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
• Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
• Constructing and fabricating parts, using hand tools and specifications.
• Reading and interpreting electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
• Advising management on continued use of unsuitable equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
• Supervising electricians.
• Ordering of electrical supplies and equipment.

Requirements/Qualifications

• 4-year Electrical, Technical, or related degree.
• Completion of an electrical apprenticeship.
• At least 3 years experience as an electrical technician.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience operating hand and power tools, soldering and fault-testing equipment.

• Coordinating work with other departments such as maintenance or operations to ensure the smooth operation of the power plant.
• Performing hands-on tasks such as repairing equipment or troubleshooting problems with machinery.
• Maintaining documentation of operational and environmental conditions, such as temperature and humidity levels, to help detect problems before they occur.
• Implementing new technologies, standards, or regulations as required by industry standards or government regulations.
• Performing regular evaluations of the efficiency of equipment in order to make adjustments as needed.
• Monitoring and testing equipment performance to ensure that it is operating properly.
• Monitoring and maintaining equipment operation to ensure safe working conditions for staff members.

Requirements/Qualifications

• First degree in Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge in AUTOCAD (2D/3D) or similar tools for plant & design.
• Knowledge of power systems, Industrial Generators, Power Plant is crucial to the job role.
• Project design and planning experience.
• Competence in the use of standard Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Project and Power Point).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal & collaboration skills.
