    Digital Marketing Designer (Real Estate)

    Job Description

    • Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, emails, landing pages, infographics, ebooks, presentations
    • Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blog posts, social media, emails )
    • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
    • Manage end-to-end digital projects
    • Establish our web presence to boost company awareness
    • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
    • Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
    • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • 0-2 years experience in Digital marketing  
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
    • Working knowledge of ad serving tools 
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
    • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
    • Experience with visual communication principles
    • Creative and willingness to learn and introduce new design concepts
    • Excellent analytical and project management skills
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
    • BS degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field
    • Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus

    Accountant (Hospitality Industry)

    Job Description

    • Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
    • Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment reporting and other tax requirements.
    • Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations, to project revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
    • Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.
    • Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper account.
    • Develop, implement, modify and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
    • Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel and direct their work activities
    • Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.
    • Maintain and examine the records of government agencies.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • 5-7 years experience as an Accountant
    • A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, ICAN is an added advantage
    • Excellent accounting software user
    • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
    • Analytical
    • Goal driven
    • Team player with strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills  
    • BS degree in Accounting
