    Marketing Manager

    Key Responsibilities and Duties

    • Assist in preparation and monitoring of monthly marketing budgets.
    • Conduct market research to Identify opportunities for event catering and bid for contract.
    • Must be constantly in touch with the Supermarkets and maintain good rapport with store managers and Merchandisers in ensuring a strong visibility and better shelf space for all company's products in all sales outlets.
    • Research Higher Institutions matriculations, convocations, and student week activities and negotiate temporary sales point for parking Tricycle or mini food Truck.
    • Create online and offline awareness of products, promotional offers and services.
    • Figure out and negotiate safe strategic sales locations to drive in and deliver meals in takeaway packs.
    • Liaise with stakeholders and potential clients to promote brand image.
    • Organize and attend activities or events to raise brand awareness.
    • Plan online and offline advertising & promotional campaigns.
    • Resolve customer's trade issues, complaints and operational matters.
    • Prepare weekly marketing plans and daily reports.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • OND/NCE/HND/B.Sc in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or its related disciplines.
    • Understanding P2P, B2B and Social media marketing.
    • 1 - 3 years’ work experience in marketing or a similar role.
    • Familiar with marketing techniques, data analysis tools, and basic principles.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Ability to take initiative and work smart instead of working hard.
    • Better understanding of online meeting tools like google meet, Zoom, and skype.

    Financial Accountant

    Key Responsibilities and Duties

    • Perform general accounting activities including preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, capital expenditure schedules and the production of management reports for the company.
    • Tax reporting and inventory processing.
    • Collecting and analyzing data used in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
    • Preparing weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow.
    • Assisting with the preparation of year-end and statutory accounts.
    • Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data.
    • Examining financial records to check for accuracy.
    • Ensure the company's cash management and banking activities are efficiently done.
    • Provide financial support including forecasting, budgeting and analysis of budgets.
    • Preparation of audit files and statutory accounts in accordance with legal requirements.
    • Generate monthly reports and implement monthly variance reporting.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Banking & Finance.
    • Professional Accounting Qualification such as ACCA, ICAN, ICMA, ACA, etc.
    • 6 - 8 years’ experience in related field; preferably QSR
    • Proficiency in Excel; ERPs; Ms Dynamics Navision is an advantage
    • High Integrity, utmost confidentiality level
    • Good analytical skills
    • Detail-oriented with expert knowledge of (GAAP) accounting procedures and financial reporting practices.

    General Manager

    Key Role & Responsibilities

    • Oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans.
    • Provide strategic guidance and oversight for the development and implementation of tactical and operational plans for all outlets.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of a Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manual to guide all activities in all outlets.
    • Ensure the establishment and implementation of standard QSR supply chain policies and procedures in line with leading practices.
    • Oversee the development and continuous update of a customer relationship management tool to prompt effective response to customer needs.
    • Oversee and ensure full adherence to agreed recipe, menu/meal plans.
    • Conduct regular site visits and spot checks to all outlets to monitor and ensure full compliance with defined food safety, cleanliness and hygiene policies and procedures.
    • Ensure the timely and cost effective procurement and distribution of materials and equipment/tools between the central store and all outlets.
    • Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and monitor implementation.
    • Develop, implement and maintain necessary controls.
    • Work with Finance/Accounts unit to ensure required measures are put in place to facilitate prompt payment to vendors for supply of materials.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • First Degree in Food Science & Technology, Catering or related fields.
    • A post graduate degree and relevant certifications in Hotel Administration/Management or any related degree from a reputable university.
    • Minimum of fifteen (15) years relevant work experience of which at least five (5) years must have been at a senior management level within a corporate catering/foods services.
    • Fluency in English is essential, with superior oral and written communication skills.
