    Executive Assistant

    Reporting Line: Senior Executive (Board-Level Director)

    The Executive Assistant will function as a strategic extension of the Director’s office within the private enterprise, ensuring that the executive remains fully informed, and operationally effective in their responsibilities. The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of strategy and executive coordination, ensuring that the Director’s influence and decisions are supported by accurate insights, structured analysis, and timely follow-through.

    • Executive-level communication skills
    • Absolute discretion and institutional judgment

    Core Responsibilities:

    Corporate Interface & Board Coordination

    • Serve as the primary coordination point between the Director and the company.
    • Ensure structured communication flow between the Director and senior management.
    • Prepare, consolidate, and distill board papers, management reports, and strategic updates.
    • Track board resolutions, strategic initiatives, and agreed action items to ensure implementation discipline.

    Governance & Execution Oversight

    • Track executive decisions, strategic resolutions, and key executive commitments to ensure they are properly implemented.
    • Monitor progress on major company priorities and flag delays, performance gaps, or risks that require the Director’s attention.
    • Ensure accurate documentation of board discussions and decisions, with clear follow-up and timely escalation of critical issues.

    Executive Representation

    • Represent the Executive in selected internal corporate meetings where appropriate.
    • Communicate decisions, feedback, and strategic directives clearly to management teams.
    • Ensure alignment between board-level strategy and management execution.

    Confidentiality & Institutional Integrity

    • Handle highly sensitive financial, strategic, and governance information with strict confidentiality.
    • Exercise sound judgment in filtering, prioritizing, and escalating issues requiring executive attention.

    Success in This Role

    • Measured by the Director’s effectiveness, board influence, and strategic impact. The candidate will:
    • Deliver Decision-Ready Support: Provide concise, insightful, board materials and strategic briefings.
    • Ensure Execution Discipline: Track board resolutions and executive commitments with clear follow-through.
    • Enable Structured Communication: Maintain timely, filtered, and aligned information flow with leadership.
    • Identify Risks Early: Spot emerging risks, performance gaps, and execution challenges for prompt escalation.
    • Exhibit Trusted Stewardship: Handle sensitive financial and governance matters with discretion and sound judgment.
    • Enhance Executive Leverage: Support the Director to operate with focus, impact, and strategic clarity.

    Requirements:

    • 8+ years’ experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, executive advisory, or board-level executive support within a structured organization.
    • Demonstrated ability to interpret financial statements, operational performance reports, and strategic proposals, translating them into decision-ready executive insights.
    • Proven experience working directly with C-suite executives or board members, supporting governance processes, strategic reviews, and high-level decision-making.
    • Advanced analytical capability, including synthesizing complex multi-source information into concise board-ready briefs and designing KPI dashboards to monitor strategic execution.
    • Exceptional executive communication skills, with the confidence and maturity to engage senior leadership and operational heads effectively.
    • High professional maturity, discretion, and institutional judgment, with disciplined follow-through on sensitive, high-impact matters.

    Steel TMT Storage & Industrial Warehouse Manager – Steel Company

    Reports To: Plant Head / Accounts Manager / Audit Team

    Role Summary

    Responsible for end-to-end stores and inventory management, ensuring stock accuracy, ERP integrity, internal controls, and continuous material availability for plant operations while minimizing waste and losses.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of materials, spares, and consumables.
    • Maintain real-time inventory records on ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar).
    • Enforce inventory controls, audit compliance, and stock reconciliation processes.
    • Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, overstock, and obsolescence.
    • Generate periodic inventory and variance reports.
    • Partner with Operations, Procurement, Accounts, and Audit on controls and planning.
    • Lead and supervise store staff and safety compliance.

    KPIs

    • Inventory accuracy (physical vs ERP)
    • Stock variance and loss reduction
    • Timeliness of ERP updates and reports

    Audit outcomes

    • Reduction in emergency material requests

    Core Skills

    • Technical: Inventory control, ERP reporting, audit compliance, stock analytics

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field

    Experience:

    • 12+ years in stores/inventory within manufacturing
    • 5–7 years in steel/TMT/melting plant store operations
    • Experience working with audit and finance teams
    • Certification: ERP/Navision proficiency preferred
