    Senior Facility Engineer

    PURPOSE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    The Senior Facility Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of building and utilities systems. This role involves ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems operate efficiently and effectively. The Senior Facility Engineer will also be responsible for the implementation of maintenance schedules, troubleshooting, and compliance with safety standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead maintenance efforts in ensuring that the facilities are adequately maintained and improved to guarantee high reliability and operational efficiency.
    • Provide frontline technical leadership to the Maintenance execution teams, offering guidance in solving complex problems and continuous improvement.
    • Champion facility maintenance improvements and efficiency initiatives in alignment with operational
    • Review and analyze facility performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective

    Education

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

    • System Uptime: Ensure a minimum of 99% uptime for all critical building and utility systems.
    • Response Time: Achieve response time for all maintenance requests in line with Service Level Agreement.
    • Preventive Maintenance Completion: Complete 100% of scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on time.
    • Energy Consumption: Reduce energy consumption by 10% within the first year through optimization and improvements.
    • Safety Compliance: Achieve zero safety violations and incidents in maintenance activities.

    Senior Project Engineer - Electrical

    JOB PURPOSE & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Oversee the installation of electrical components, including streetlights, traffic signals, and related systems.
    • Work closely with architects and structural engineers to integrate electrical systems without compromising building aesthetics or structural integrity.
    • Ensure electrical systems are reliable and safe for public use, adhering to all relevant electrical safety standards.
    • Address electrical challenges promptly during project execution.
    • Identify potential electrical risks during project execution and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
    • Support the community project lead with managing the interfaces and relationships between the project team, the asset, and the EPC contractor.
    • Support the community project lead in supervising the execution of the project’s, community projects in Bonny, Finima and other communities in line with agreements reached with respective communities to ensure scope, specifications, and engineering standard are followed.
    • Support the community project lead in supervising the execution of Contractor's scope of community projects in Bonny, Finima, and other communities in line with agreements reached between EPC contractor and respective communities to ensure scope, specifications, and engineering standard are followed.
    • Support the community projects lead, to ensure that the approved processes are followed during engineering design, the ITT/bidding stage, and project execution.
    • Provide assurances to ensure all electrical engineering design documents (calculation reports & drawings) produced by third-party engineering consultants are reviewed within the stipulated timeline and are in line with specification and design codes.
    • Support Community Projects Lead in providing a layer of assurance to ensure engineering and construction contractors are supervised to deliver Safely to Quality, Budget, and Schedule.

    • External relationships:  EPC Contractor and Community Stakeholders.

    Skills & Requirements:

    Experience/Education:

    • University Degree in Engineering (Electrical) with at least 5 years and above in oil & gas experience
    • Must have experience in electrical engineering design and construction supervision.
    • Proficient and conversant Engineering design codes
    • A self-starter with outstanding communication skills in English and an ability to work in a team.
    • Excellent in the use of computer applications such as Microsoft Office suite, AutoCAD,
    • Committed to HSSE and Goal Zero.
    • Certification in project management will be an added advantage.
    • Excellent knowledge of Niger-Delta culture.

    QA/QC Engineer(Civil)

    Description

    • Review discipline Inspection and Test Plan (ITPs) and related Quality Control Plans
    • Attend daily site construction management meetings.
    • Ensure that only the latest design documents (AFC) are used at the work site.
    • Witness and monitor Contractor’s work activities, inspection, and test in accordance with the approved Quality Plan, ITP, Quality Procedures etc.
    • Ensure all inspection steps on the ITP are carried out by the Contractor.
    • Review and sign Contractor Inspection and Test Reports on behalf of Company.
    • Prepare and issue weekly summary reports based of the site quality surveillance activities.
    • Escalate any observed non-conformances for review and action.
    • Review the resolution of field NCR action items.
    • Monitor Contractor engineering elements are installed to the highest quality requirements.
    • Provide support for the resolution of Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical technical queries raised by Contractor promptly and accurately.
    • Monitor Contractor Completions Management process and verify reports, to support the Faultless Project Delivery Program.

    Job Requirement

    • University Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 4-5 years’ experience in the inspection of civil construction activities,
    • preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
    • Good knowledge of best engineering practices and international codes & standards
    • Proficiency in the use of basic MS Office computer applications.
    • Experience in coatings, insulation, fireproofing and refractories will be added advantage.
    • Must have experience in Civil Engineering design and construction supervision with a focus on quality assurance and control.
    • Good knowledge of engineering practices, international codes and standards.
    • A self-starter with outstanding communication skills in English and an ability to work in a team.

    Operations Advisor III

    Description

    • Take Observations of marine mammals and other protected species during survey operations.
    • Documents observation effort, sightings or acoustic detections in Joint Nature Conservation Committee (JNCC) or other approved format.
    • Monitors permit or other environmental restrictions and calls for shutdown of survey operations when limiting conditions are reached.
    • Responsible for verifying that vendors and their subcontractors adhere to permit requirements, project plans, and industry standards
    • Responsible for communicating Technical, Operational and SSH&E concerns and issues to Company Lead QC to ensure project proceeds according to Company standards
    • Responsible for monitoring the occurrence and location of protected species relative to the field equipment and coordinating with vendor personnel whilst in the work area.
    • Responsible for oversight of vendors operations and collection of effort and protected species or other observational data and reports.
    • Job Requirement
    • Completion of recognized PSO training course appropriate to observational equipment proposed, species expected and jurisdiction of the work site.
    • Operators shall have attended a recognized training course for the equipment and software used and at least one shall hold a bachelors or higher degree in bioacoustics or related science)
    • Field experience as a PSO; Company experience preferred
    • Experience in the collection of environmental samples and data who has knowledge of sampling, testing, and classification techniques, industry SSH&E standards, environmental sampling equipment, operations,
    • company reporting requirements, and an awareness of company operation integrity management system (OI) procedures
    • Must be well versed in SSH&E practices and processes for field operations
    • Must have excellent communication skills, possess high level of integrity, and willingness to build trust and accountability in inter-personal relationships while working in team setting
    • Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
    • Must be proficient in current communication mediums and technologies (i.e., Microsoft Office, telecommunications, email, meetings)
    • Must be in good physical condition and shall comply with all project health and safety requirements (including any vendor, vessel or country-specific certifications required to work offshore)
    • Must comply with requirements of company drug and alcohol and infectious disease prevention programs.
    • Certifications must be current and not due to expire for the anticipated duration of the project.
