    Data Analyst

    JOB SUMMARY

    • As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing business data to inform strategies, optimize operations, and identify growth opportunities.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    As Senior Data Analyst:

    • Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining,and data cleansing.
    • Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising infrastructure and reporting requirements.
    • Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software while assisting with strategic decisions on new systems.
    • Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
    • Managing database records including creation, updates while creating best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization
    • Build, design, deploy, maintain and lead the implementation of Cloud solutions across multiple public cloud offerings, e.g. AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure
    • Lead the analysis of large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
    • Develop and maintain advanced data models, dashboards, and reports to support business objectives.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their goals and provide data-driven solutions to address them.
    • Provide expert analysis, including forecasting, predictive modeling, and scenario planning.
    • Mentor and guide junior data analysts, providing technical support and training on best practices.
    • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data used for analysis and decision-making.
    • Conduct thorough data validation and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement.
    • Present key insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
    • Automate and streamline data reporting processes to improve efficiency.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging tools to enhance data analysis capabilities.

    EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
    • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and other data analysis tools.
    • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
    • Extensive experience with statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques.
    • Proven ability to work with large datasets and perform advanced data manipulation and analysis.
    • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings in a clear, accessible manner.

    JOB SUMMARY

    • The front-end developer will be responsible for the user interface of our web applications. Qualified candidates will be expected to have a good working knowledge of HTML, React, Flutter, Dart and

    Backend Engineer

    JOB SUMMARY

    • We’re looking for an Intermediate Level Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain the server-side components of our applications. You’ll work closely with frontend developers and product teams to ensure functionality, performance, and scalability.

    Duties include:

    • Design, develop, and maintain the backend services and APIs to support various applications and functionalities.
    • Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

    JOB SUMMARY

    • The Lead of Research and Product Development will drive the continuous improvement of our organization’s performance through innovative ideas, market development, and product diversification strategies.     Executive Assistant

    JOB SUMMARY

    • We’re currently looking for an executive assistant to provide top-tier support to the Executive Director. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
    • While prior legal experience or a background in law is an asset, we value strong administrative expertise and a keen attention to detail.

    Duties include:

    • Project and Task Management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking the progress of various projects. As well as conduct research, compile reports, summarize key information as needed, and collaborate with teams to ensure that deadlines and deliverables are met.
