    Project Site Planner

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Implement and maintain the Project Controls Plan (PCP) sections relevant to planning and scheduling.
    • Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for site fabrication and installation activities.
    • Monitor, analyze, and validate physical progress, schedule performance, and VOWD against the project baseline.
    • Perform schedule variance analyses and assess schedule impacts from proposed changes, trends, or claims.
    • Forecast project milestones and deliverables based on current performance metrics and trends.
    • Actively support project meetings and offer insights to meet contractual, safety, and schedule commitments.
    • Consolidate schedule impacts from changes or deviations; run productivity and “What-If” analyses.
    • Coordinate project team and contractor manpower scheduling and productivity tracking.
    • Prioritize and resource-level critical construction scopes to mitigate schedule risks.
    • Maintain daily event logs to document disruptions or conditions that may affect project timelines (e.g., weather, equipment issues, delays).

    MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Physical/Technical Sciences
    • Minimum 10 years experience in project controls across engineering, procurement, construction, and installation
    • At least 5 years in a lead role in site/construction planning
    • Proven ability to use Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
    • Strong analytical skills with a collaborative and adaptable mindset
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with contractors, management, and diverse teams
    • Strong multi-phase planning, forecasting, and resource coordination experience
    • HSSE leadership and adherence to quality standards in project execution

    Project and Integration Consultant

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Engineering & Design Oversight:

    • Lead the detailed design execution with the Primary EPC Contractor, ensuring all deliverables align with project requirements, Shell standards, and topsides system integration needs.

    System Integration Management:

    • Ensure cross-discipline integration of topsides systems within the detailed design, fabrication, construction, and commissioning phases.

    Vendor Coordination:

    • Drive timely delivery and review of vendor engineering documentation to support the master engineering schedule and downstream fabrication/installation sequencing.

    Completions and Commissioning Integration:

    • Oversee the incorporation of completions, precommissioning, and commissioning activities into the design and construction planning.

    Interface Management:

    • Lead the technical and executional interface between vendor work packages – including engineering, equipment manufacturing, logistics, and installation sequencing.

    Contractor Engagement:

    • Collaborate, mentor, and align EPC contractor teams to meet Shell’s performance, safety, and delivery expectations.

    EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum 25 years of experience in deepwater FPSO and Brownfield projects, particularly within the Gulf of Guinea region and Bonga asset
    • Extensive experience managing and coordinating complex offshore engineering scopes and design packages
    • Proven track record in detailed engineering for Brownfield projects supporting SIMOPS and lifeextension initiatives
    • Hands-on involvement from detailed design through onshore fabrication, offshore construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover
    • Strong interface management skills across multiple EPC, OEM, and service contractors
    • Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills to align multidisciplinary teams and vendors
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (COREN registerable); advanced engineering credentials are a plus

    Database Administrator

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Safety & Quality Culture:

    • Promote Goal Zero HSE culture and enforce strict compliance with Shell and IOGP HSE standards at all worksites.

    Engineering & Design Oversight:

    • Lead the detailed design execution with the Primary EPC Contractor, ensuring all deliverables align with project requirements, Shell standards, and topsides system integration needs.

    System Integration Management:

    • Ensure cross-discipline integration of topsides systems within the detailed design, fabrication, construction, and commissioning phases.

    • Drive timely delivery and review of vendor engineering documentation to support the master engineering schedule and downstream fabrication/installation sequencing.

    Database Configuration & Administration:

    • Set up and manage the Go Completions Management System (GoCMS) to meet project-specific needs for topside systems integration and tieback execution.

    ITR Management:

    • Create and maintain Inspection and Test Records (ITRs) based on WEFS, P&IDs, activity lists, engineering drawings, and tag registers.

    MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

    Experience:

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, with at least 7 years specifically as a GoCMS Database Administrator, preferably on deepwater or brownfield projects.
    • Proven hands-on experience in managing ITRs, commissioning logic, systemization, and completions scheduling using GoCMS.
    • Strong exposure to topside and subsea commissioning, operations, and maintenance.

    Technical Skills:

    • Familiarity with project lifecycle management tools and databases (especially GoCMS).
    • Understanding of commissioning workflows, WEFS, and project documentation.

    Soft Skills:

    • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • High attention to detail and strong commitment to data integrity and information security.
    • Analytical thinker with sound reasoning and problem-solving abilities.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Formal training or certification in GoCMS or completions management systems.
    • Previous experience on Shell projects or deepwater Nigerian operations is highly desirable.
