The Sales Officer is responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving branch sales target.

JOB DETAILS

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities across targeted corporate and retail sectors.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive penetration of the company’s insurance products.
• Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients and brokers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and intermediaries.

REQUIREMENTS

• HND/B.Sc. in Insurance or any related discipline.
• CIIN certification will be an advantage.
• 3 - 5 years experience.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an added advantage.

REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc./HND holder in the relevant discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in sales.
• CIIN will be an added advantage.

• Ensure implementation of operational risk framework and strategy in AIICO.
• Ensure the Implementation/maintenance of ISO 22301 culture throughout the organisation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with line managers for better management of operational risks within AIICO Insurance Plc.
• Prepare Management and Board reports

REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc/HND (Economics, Statistics, Actuarial Science or any related Discipline)
• CERA, MBA, MSc. would be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years middle management position
