    Logistics Coordinator

    Job Summary

    This role is responsible for overseeing and managing company's overall transport/logistics operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. In addition, play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors, while overseeing staffing requirements, providing supervision and direction to logistics employees as well as streamline processes for operational effectiveness.

    Key Result Areas (KRA)                                                                                                                                                   

    The key result areas of this role are:

    • Carefulness in product handling
    • Speed and timeliness of deliveries(inwards &outwards)
    • Efficiency and effectiveness of procurement
    • Control of procurement of spare parts and other operating costs
    • Raw material wastages and damages
    • Efficient management, control and safety of motor vehicles and goods in transit (FG, RM, spare parts, etc.)
    • Orderliness, easy access and reconciliation of inventory
    • Efficiency of fleet management(Break down and availability)

    The Person

    • A Bachelor's (B.Sc./HND) degree in Transport Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field is required for this role.
    • 5 to 7 years proven transport/logistics work experience preferably in the Plastic Manufacturing Sector of which having a minimum 5years in managerial capacity.
    • Deep knowledge of supply chain management and Experience in reporting on key supply chain metrics
    • Ability to manage logistics of all aspects of supply chain, from product development to the shipment of finished items.
    • Understanding of accounting or finance.
    • Ability to comprehend legal documents.
    • Strong communication skills (oral and written) and the desire to build lasting relationships with people all over the world.
    • Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
    • Familiarity with ISO AND SON compliance Guidelines
    • Experience and knowledge of provincial health and safety standards
    • Knowledge of project management principles and practices
    • Knowledge of business and management principles and practice
    • Excellent supervision, business presentation, negotiation skills, Organization and leadership abilities, Self-motivated with a result driven approach, Problem- solving skill

    Working Conditions - The Transport/logistics Coordinator is required to be versatile, agile and ready at all times to embark on trips impromptu. He is equally expected to be vocal physical and proactive.

    HSE Officer

    Job Summary

    This role is responsible for ensuring a proper maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment for the employees, contractors, visitors, members of the public and other person who may be affected by the company’s activities as well as deliver efficient services and minimize unnecessary losses and liabilities for company by ensuring a strict adherence of the usage of SOPs and work instructions.

    Key Performance Indicator

    • Ensure HSE policies related to various department are kept in accordance to their SOPs and work instructions.
    • Ensure zero percent volume of complaints and dissatisfaction arising from process error and non-compliances.
    • Ensure timely execution, involvement and delegation of responsibility/other job that may be assigned to you.
    • Ability to lead, direct, supervise and monitor staffs as well as activities of the workers directly or indirectly.
    • Ensure sets up and drives the structure, policies, processes and procedures required for maximum effectiveness, efficiency and achievement of targets relating to HSE.
    • Ability to exhibit an excellent verbal and oral skill with an analytic approach to problem discoveries/ solving.
    • Ensure compliance of the usage of PPE, fire extinguishers etc. as well as carrying out training on Health, Safety and Environmental consciousness among staff.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. in Environmental science and resource Management or related field
    • Minimum of three (3) years job experience with a sound knowledge of plastic manufacturing environment.
    • HSE certificate is an additional advantage
    • Most have the ability to face challenges, consciousness and responsible.
    • Most have a good interpersonal relationship, excellent supervision and communication skills
    • Most be disciplined, creative, innovative and resourceful with a good knowledge of MS Office.

    Regional Sales and Marketing Manager

    Job Summary

    This role is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans in the region. The Regional Sales and Marketing Manager will also oversee staffing requirements, providing supervision and direction to Sales & Marketing employees of the region as well as streamline processes for operational effectiveness.

    Responsibilities

    Sales & Marketing:

    • Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the region.
    • Scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team in the region meets their target and goals.
    • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
    • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports for the NSM.
    • Implementing new sales plans and scheduling deliveries
    • Training, coaching, and managing region’s marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
    • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
    • Engage in debt recovery and ensure prompt payment when necessary
    • Review goals of sales team daily and identify root cause if goal was not obtained
    • Review sales/reports records for completeness and accuracy

    Requirement

    • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 5-10 years' experience in marketing and sales.
    • Experience in management.
    • Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
    • Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and customer service skills.
    • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
    • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
    • The ability to work under pressure.
    • Excellent supervision, business presentation skills, Organization and leadership abilities, Self-motivated with a result driven approach, Problem- solving skill

    Working Conditions - The Regional Sales and Marketing Manager is required to operate a computer which requires dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other devices and objects. The person must also be physically able to physical activities, travel long trips by road or air, meetings, presentations and training sessions that require constant talking and listening.
