    Motion Graphics Designer (Portfolio Required)

    The Role

    • We are looking for a motion & graphic designer to join the growth team to push Prospa’s visual language into new, exciting territory.
    • Technical skills are a prerequisite, but creative vision, communication, and a relentless drive to produce great work are absolutely essential. We want passionate creatives!

    Job Responsibilities
    Here are a few things you’ll do:

    • Create/design: Illustrations and animations
    • Push our visual brand language to the next level
    • Generating brand and marketing collateral
    • Contributing to the development of Prospa’s visual language and design system

    Experience and Personal Specification

    • You can show us a portfolio with detailed examples of effective visual design.
    • You’re creative and goal orientated
    • Expertise in Adobe creative suite
    • You understand that good design is not about trends but is built on top of principles and understanding what and who you are designing for.You understand colour, light and materials.

    Head of Sales

    Overview

    • As Head of Sales at Prospa your role is directly tied to key metrics and growth. You will own the direct sales pipeline and drive strategy, planning and management of our direct sales teams across assigned territories.
    • The success of this role is reliant on achieving our set goals within the timeframe set.
    • Ideally you’re someone who has done this before and has had great results, you understand the different nuances and preferences across the country.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for all aspects of sales, analyzing and achieving strategic objectives and business growth goals.
    • Effectively manage a team and ensure action plans and goals are attained.
    • Build trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers.
    • Manage records of sales, revenue, and other important data.

    Responsibilities
    Here are some things you’ll do on the job:

    • Identify product gaps through continuous market and customer research
    • Generate ideas that create new products and optimize existing products based on customer and market needs
    • Create an end-to-end product strategy (short and long-term) that highlights the product's vision and strategic direction
    • Prioritize feature implementations by ranking them against the strategic goals and initiatives
    • Creating and updating your product roadmap detailing the project requirements and how they will be achieved
    • Develop strategic and data-driven product pricing and positioning strategies
    • Work closely with the engineering team to deliver prototypes and final products with efficiency, accuracy and speed

    • Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
    • Loads of creativity, a visionary mentality and passion for building products that fill gaps in the market and increase customer satisfaction

    • Bridge management and employee relations by swiftly addressing demands, grievances or other issues to drive positive and productive resolutions

    UI / UX Designer (Fintech)

    Job Description

    • We’re looking for a confident and talented UI / UX Designer who has experience in the Fintech (Financial Technology) industry, to join our product team.
    • As a UI / UX Designer at Prospa, you’ll be responsible for creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.
    • Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups. Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces.

    What you'll do:

    • Working alongside our engineering team to provide guidance on design decisions and translate product requirements into actionable design tasks
    • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
    • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
    • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
    • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
    • Participate in daily standups and demo upcoming features to the entire company

    Requirements

    • Proven work experience as a UI / UX Designer
    • A strong portfolio that shows skill in both visual design and product knowledge
    • Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
    • Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch and Figma
    • Good time-management skills
    • An understanding of web implementation technologies. No coding is expected, but an ability to converse with developers about implementation details is essential
    • A proven commitment to hard work and collaboration even when under the pressure of tight deadlines or multiple assignments
