    Business Development Executive

    Job Description

    • Responsible for attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing process for the business
    • Responsible for working with senior members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
    • Responsible for preparing and delivering pitches & presentations to potential clients
    • Responsible for communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
    • Responsible for creating a positive, long-lasting relationship with current and potential clients
    • Responsible for developing proposals customized for client’s business needs
    • Responsible for managing virtual and in-person sales meetings.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related discipline
    • Minimum of 2- 4 years’ experience as a Business Development Executive
    • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour
    • Great networking skills
    • Emboldened by challenges  
    • Strong computer skills with demonstrated experience in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

    Head of Finance

    Job Description

    • Responsible for reviewing and/or posting transactions – Core Banking Application
    • Responsible for the monthly regularization postings (Income Recognition on Placements, depreciation/Amortization of fixed assets, Prepayments, Accruals, Loan Provisioning etc.)
    • Responsible for reviewing Fixed assets Postings and report generation
    • Responsible for reviewing timely and accurate posting of all the company’s financial transactions.
    • Ensure accuracy of P.A.Y.E, Withholding Tax, VAT, NSITF, Pension Remittances
    • Preparation of Monthly Management account
    • Suspense account reconciliation if any
    • Preparation of CBN report for Finance company
    • Liaise with External/Internal auditors
    • Actively participate in Budget preparation
    • Collecting, interpreting, reviewing financial information, and predicting future financial trends
    • Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
    • Developing long-term business plans based on these reports
    • Develop strategies that work to minimize financial risk
    • Analyzing market trends and competitors
    • Create and implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency.
    • Liquidity / Cash Flow management
    • Ensure financial records are kept up to date with the latest transactions and changes

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years or more in a related role
    • A first degree in Accounting/ Finance, a post-graduate degree, and a Professional qualification (ICAN or ACCA) are compulsory
    • Analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Strong team working skills
    • Good presentation skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Time and project management skills, including the ability to multi-task
    • Ability to think strategically
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft office applications
