    Pharmacy Technician

    Position Overview:

    As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy. You will assist in various tasks, including but not limited to, filling prescriptions, managing inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

    Job Functions/Responsibilities

    • Assist pharmacists in filling prescriptions accurately and efficiently
    • Maintain proper inventory levels by ordering and stocking medications and supplies
    • Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to patients, answering questions, and addressing concerns
    • Process sales transactions accurately and in compliance with pharmacy regulations
    • Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing incoming/outgoing shipments, and maintaining patient records
    • Keep the pharmacy clean, organized, and in compliance with all safety regulations
    • Assist in other pharmacy-related duties as assigned

    Requirements/Qualifications

    • HND in Pharmaceutical Technology preferred
    • 1 year proven experience as a pharmacy technician
    • Experience with an online prescription system is a plus
    • Knowledge of medication and dosage measurement
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Outstanding organizational skills
    • Reliable with a keen eye for detail
    • Certified Pharmacy Technician is a plus
    • Must be Available to Start Immediately

    Salary: N60,000 - 80,000 Gross/month.

    Retail Operations Manager

    Position Overview:

    As the Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our supermarkets in Festac, Victoria Island, and Lekki. You will oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff training, customer service, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in supermarket management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

    Job Functions/Responsibilities

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple supermarket locations in Festac, Victoria Island, and Lekki
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability and minimize out-of-stock situations
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize store layout, merchandising, and product placement
    • Train and develop store staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
    • Monitor sales performance, expenses, and profit margins to achieve budgetary goals
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute store initiatives and promotions
    • Conduct regular store inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to standards
    • Prepare and analyze reports on store performance, including sales, inventory, and operational metrics

    Requirements/Qualifications

    • Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any other relevant discipline
    • An MBA or Master’s Degree in any business-related discipline is an added advantage
    • 5-7 years of experience in Sales with a minimum of 3 years as a Retail Store (Operation) Manager
    • Proven track record of achieving operational targets and driving business results
    • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
    • Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices
    • Familiarity with POS systems and other retail technology solutions
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
    • Proximity to Festac, Victoria Island, or Lekki is preferred
