    Sonologist

    Job Summary 

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sonologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations, interpret results, and provide accurate reports to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. The candidate will maintain high standards of patient care while complying with safety and regulatory guidelines. 

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations across specialties including obstetrics, gynecology, abdominal, vascular, and cardiac scans. 
    • Interpret ultrasound images and provide detailed diagnostic reports for physicians and healthcare teams. 
    • Ensure proper patient positioning and explain procedures to patients for comfort and cooperation. 
    • Maintain, calibrate, and ensure proper functioning of ultrasound equipment. 
    • Adhere strictly to radiation safety and infection control standards. 
    • Collaborate with medical staff to provide accurate diagnosis and assist in patient management.

    Educational & Professional Requirements 

    • Medical degree (MBBS) with postgraduate training/certification in Sonology or Bachelor’s degree in Radiography with postgraduate specialization in Ultrasound/Sonography. 
    • Registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) or relevant licensing body. 
    • Minimum of 3+ years clinical experience in ultrasound imaging. 
    • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology relevant to ultrasound imaging. 
    • Proficiency in operating modern ultrasound equipment (2D, Doppler, and 3D/4D imaging preferred). 

    Required Skills & Competencies 

    • Strong knowledge of ultrasound imaging techniques and equipment.

    Job Summary 

    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to oversee and ensure the highest standards of quality across our healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will implement and maintain QA processes, monitor compliance with healthcare regulations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Certification from a recognized professional body in Quality Assurance (e.g., CQI, ASQ, or equivalent) 
    • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance management, preferably in healthcare or medical services 
    • Strong knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and healthcare compliance requirements

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting blood and other specimens from patients efficiently, safely, and accurately. The candidate will ensure proper labeling, handling, and transport of specimens while maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.

    • Collect blood and other specimens from patients using proper techniques. 
    • Ensure correct labeling and documentation of all specimens collected. 
    • Prepare specimens for analysis and transport to the laboratory in accordance with safety and quality standards.

    Educational & Professional Requirements 

    • Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Science, or related field. 
    • Completion of a one (1) year internship in a recognized healthcare facility. 
    • Registration with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) or equivalent regulatory body. 
    • Valid practicing license. 
    • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in clinical specimen collection and handling. 

    Required Skills & Competencies 

    • Proficiency in venipuncture and other specimen collection techniques. 
    • Strong knowledge of laboratory safety and infection control protocols. 
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in labelling and documentation. 
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment. 
    • Professionalism, empathy, and patient care orientation. 
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with medical and laboratory staff.
