    JOB DESCRIPTION

    IT Service Desk Officer

    Our client, a top tier commercial bank, requires the service of a highly skilled IT service desk officer who will act as the first point of contact for Managed Service customers. The primary objective of the role is to provide first time resolution. This will be achieved by troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolved problems at the first point of contact and/or escalating the fault to the specialist teams to investigate and resolve.     Scrum Master

    An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and talented scrum master to join a dynamic team. As a scrum master, you will be our go-to person for applying scrum to produce high-quality work. You will coordinate and coach our software development team, helping the team continuously make progress on the project by making sure each person is working on the right tasks, helping to remove any obstacles to the team members’ progress, and protecting the team from distractions.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Guides team in scrum practices, removes impediments, and protect team from any outside interference that could deter from goals
    • Support product management to maintain and prioritise a roadmap of product features and initiatives for development teams to deliver
    • Agile reporting: provide data, forecasts, and progress updates to inform planning
    • Champion and role model for collaborative behaviours, agile values, and professionalism
    • Provide stakeholders with access to current and accurate data on the status of the team's delivery and ensure that technical quality standards are adhered to

    EXPERIENCE/TECHNICAL SKILLS

    • 4+ years of Agile Project Management
    • B.Sc. in Computer Science
    • Experience in Agile Delivery tools (JIRA, Azure Devops)
    • Slack and other collaboration tools
    • Relevant Scrum Certifications

    Front End Developer (Ui/UX)

    Our client, a top tier commercial bank, requires the service of highly skilled front-end developer (UI/UX) with Fin-Tech experience who will collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
    • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
    • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
    • Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
    • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
    • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

    Requirements/Experience

    • 3+ years of Front-End Mobile development experience
    • Extensive hands on Dart & Flutter development
    • B.Sc. in Computer Science
    • Front-end technology: Expertise in front-end technologies, including JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5 and third-party libraries such as React Js, Angular, jQuery and LESS
    • MongoDB and MySQL and caching mechanisms such as Redis, Memcached and Varnish
    • Basic design ability: Including knowledge of UI/UX and basic prototype design
    • JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, Angular, jQuery.
    • Flutter and Dart Framework for mobile.
    • SQL Server, Oracle , MongoDB, MySQL.
    • Redis Cache
    • Code Magic
    • DevOps
