    Software Quality Analyst

    Job Profile

     As a Software Quality Analyst, a typical day might include the following:

    • Creating a test plan for new and existing product
    • Using the plan to assess functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other systems
    • Using the plan to hunt down and fix software bugs
    • Looking for ways to prevent bugs from occurring in the first place
    • Maintain working knowledge of quality standards
    • Ensuring the product is culturally compatible with the target market
    • Assure accuracy of programs and software prior to production
    • Rebuilding the corrected software application
    • Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable.
    • Document testing protocols and processes
    • Conduct regular software audit

    You’d be a good fit if you:

    • Have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar technical degree.
    • Are a self-starter with the ability to collaborate across many job disciplines.
    • Have experience testing complex, distributed, enterprise focused applications.
    • Have a demonstrated track record of effective problem-solving required
    • Have Strong oral and verbal communication skills required
    • Have knowledge of SQL, JavaScript and HTML preferred
    • Have knowledge of automated testing processes
    • Have sound knowledge of API integration and documentation.
    • Have sharp analytical abilities and proven design skills.
    • Have strong sense of collaboration, ownership, urgency, and drive.
    • Have experience with Agile (SCRUM), OO modelling, web services, and front-end technologies.
    • Have a track record of delivery by proactively resolving upcoming risks, issues and bottlenecks.

    Senior QA Engineer

    • Investigating product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer Satisfaction
    • Planning, creating and managing the overall Quality Planning Strategy
    • Collaborating with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution.
    • Tracking quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defects counts
    • Process setting up for critical Telco applications launch and SLA handling for Telco critical applications.
    • Hands-on experience with Automation tools and improving the documentation quality

    You’d be a good fit if you have:

    • 3+ years working experience as a QA Engineer
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent degree from a reputable college.
    • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
    • Experience with Basic programming and Scripting of Automated tests
    • Experience in working on Agile processes and practices setting up & ensuring Telco applications delivery Quality Assurance.
    • Basic Telecom domain & practice knowledge
    • Experience with Basic programming and Scripting in javascript, Python, e.t.c

    Backend Engineer

    Job Profile
    As a Backend Engineer, a typical day might include the following:

    • Work through the full life-cycle management, including requirements analysis, technical design, implementation, testing and documentation.
    • Create technical test specifications and schedule estimates for new products.
    • Contribute to the development of both internal and partner software integration projects, as well as new web and mobile applications.
    • Maintain and extend existing codebase and libraries.
    • Communicate complex ideas with ease, both in person and in writing.
    • Provide escalated ticket/incident management for supported applications as well as will participate in defect management, issue tracking/trending.
    • Taking leadership in owning issue resolution and driving them to completion.
    • Ensuring that incident and problem management processes and procedures are followed and adhered to standards.
    • Communicating to end users, engineers, and operations.
    • Provide performance /capacity metrics and ad hoc reporting of the same.
    • Provide technical expertise and share knowledge with team as required.
    • Monitor the application performance and provide technical support as required.

    You’d be a good fit if you have:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or Electronic, Telecommunications and any Physical science.
    • 1-3 years working experience in all aspects of web and mobile application development, management and VAS.
    • Mastery of at least 3 web technologies and proficiency in several others e.g. CSS, Golang, HTML, JavaScript, NodeJS, PHP, Python.
    • Experience in building scalable realtime systems with
    • Experience in building distributred systems
    • Ex Deep understanding of server-side technologies, web security, cross browser compatibility challenges, mobile development anatomy, sms based stuff.
    • Great energy and enthusiasm with a positive, collaborative working style.
    • Working knowledge of relational database design and management.
    • Practical experience in writing test scripts for API testing and/or QA automation tools.
