    PHP Software Engineer

    About the job

    The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

    Responsibilities

    • A troubleshooter who takes initiative to resolve problems in JS, PHP, HTML etc.

    • Build and implement web applications and back-end services that integrate with mobile applications.

    • Rapidly address issues and fix defects discovered during deployment.

    • Build reusable code and libraries for future use & Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.

    • Knowledge of the Web and Web Services

    • Knowledge of other modern Javascript frameworks with Good Knowledge of Responsive Web Design with experience with tablets and mobile device.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)

    • 5 years of relevant work experience

    • Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema

    • Multi-threaded coding experience, along with both asynchronous and synchronous code.

    • Strong knowledge of core PHP, MVC frameworks and Yii.

    • Should know JQuery, JavaScript, , YII2, YII1, MySQL (Database Design), Linux

    • Knowledge of the Web and Web Services

    Team Lead, Business Analyst

    Objectives
    We are looking to hire a highly driven senior business analyst to assist the company to improve business efficiency.

    The senior business analyst's responsibilities involve developing new business strategies and models, communicating to management on how these strategies and models will enhance business efficiency, and creating monthly reports on the performance of the business.

    You should also be able to utilize the monthly reports to identify business areas in need of improvement

    To be successful as a Senior Business Analyst, you should be able to effectively manage the Business Analyst team.

    Ultimately, a top-performing Senior Business Analyst should be able to identify ways in which to improve customer satisfaction.

    Roles
    Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.

    Define reporting and alerting requirements.

    Own and develop relationships with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration.

    Design, document and maintain system processes.

    Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to Product team.

    Communicate key insights and findings to Product team.

    Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.

    Analyze all stages of the project life cycle including defining and documenting user requirements, carrying out system testing and assisting with user acceptance testing.

    Negotiations in defining the scope of work and agreeing user requirements.

    Manage, plan and take responsibility for a range of tasks involving interaction with, and the co-operation of, business and IT people, including the agreement of technical solutions.

    Line management responsibility for other Business Analyst team members, performing one-to-one meetings and reviewing and support day-to-day BA activities on projects.

    • The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

    Qualifications

    • A Good University Degree plus at least 7 years’ experience in a similar role.
    • Experience in analyzing data to draw business relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
    • Experience working with senior decision makers.
    • Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing.
    • Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders.
    • Proven business analysis experience, including strong influence in business process analysis and re-engineering.
    • Experience working in a complex environment with a wide range of parallel and mutually dependent activities.
    • Proven training in Business Process Modeling.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Ms Visio, Excel,PowerPoint).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to relate confidently and effectively to users at all levels.
    • Proven track record of managing their own work successfully, and of working effectively as part of a wider team.

    Senior Project Manager

    Objectives

    • The Senior Project Manager will lead and assist development of projects and programs that will establish quality objectives.
    • He will also manage teams through all phases of the project life cycle including analysis, project design and development, testing, deployment, and final delivery.
    • Oversee a department and team of project managers, and manage budget, scheduling, risks, stakeholder, etc.
    • Interface directly with managers, employees, vendors, and others to clearly define project requirements and expectations.
    • He will identify complex risks, lead reviews, create risk mitigation and implement action plans.
    • Manage multiple projects individually and as a team, all simultaneously.

    Qualifications

    • BSC.in Engineering, Computer Science or related field Prince2 Foundation and PRINCE 2 Practitioner
    • SCRUM Master with Agile Project Management Experience.
    • 5+ years of project management experience.
    • PMP certification
    • 3+ years in a supervisory role.
    • Industry Experience will be an added advantage
