    Administrative Officer

    Role Overview:

    We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Officer to support our Lagos office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day administrative functions, including procurement, fleet management, and facility coordination, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage general administrative duties and office operations.
    • Oversee procurement activities and vendor management.
    • Coordinate fleet operations including vehicle maintenance and documentation.
    • Ensure proper facility management – repairs, utilities, office supplies, and safety.
    • Maintain accurate records and support internal communication and logistics.

    Requirements:

    • 2–4 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate setting.

    Risk Officer

    Role Summary

    The Risk Officer will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating internal and external risks that could hinder the organization\'s operations or reputation. This individual will support the development of risk management frameworks, monitor risk exposures, and collaborate with various departments to ensure effective risk mitigation strategies are in place.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify potential risks across operational, financial, strategic, and market areas.

    • Support incident management, root cause analysis, and remediation planning.
    • Assist in business continuity planning and crisis response strategies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or related field.
    • 3–5 years of experience in risk management, internal control, or audit roles.
    • Familiarity with risk frameworks, methodologies, and reporting tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
    • Experience in the financial services industry is a strong advantage.

    Requirements

    • Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) is an added advantage.
    • 4–6 years of progressive experience in a finance role.
    • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, analysis, and cash management.
    • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
    • Excellent Excel and Financial Modelling skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
