Role Summary

The Finance Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the company’s financial health, ensuring robust reporting, supporting strategic planning, and driving financial performance. The ideal candidate will bring both financial acumen and hands-on execution skills to support the business’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance summaries.
• Monitor financial performance, track variances, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes across the business.
• Provide financial analysis and modelling to support business decisions and new initiatives.
• Collaborate with departments to improve financial processes, cost management, and profitability.
• Support capital planning, business cases, and investment evaluations.
• Monitor daily cash flow and ensure liquidity for operational and strategic needs.
• Manage banking relationships, fund disbursements, and treasury operations.
• Optimize working capital and funding strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth audits and inspections.
• Maintain accurate financial records in line with legal and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) is an added advantage.
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in a finance role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, analysis, and cash management.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Excellent Excel and Financial Modelling skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
