Job Responsibilities
- Employed staff should be customer-centric, able to anticipate the needs of customers, and provides all services in a friendly manner. Applicant's duties will include but not limited to:
- Greet and escort customers to their tables
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions,
- ingredients or potential food allergies)
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
- Take customer orders and deliver food and beverages
- Up-sell additional products when appropriate
- Take and serve accurate food and drink orders
- Communicate order details to the kitchen Staff
- Deliver checks and collect bill payments
- Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e.g., parties)
- Follow all relevant health department regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.

Job Responsibilities
Employed staff will be responsible for the daily supervision of floor operations and to ensure the maintenance of standard product quality, and hygiene compliance. Applicant will supervise and motivate the team in each shift and management of all productions. Applicant's duties will include but not limited to:
- Screening, hiring, and training restaurant staff.
- Managing restaurant staff's work schedules.
- Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
- Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
- Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
- Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
- Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.

Baker responsibilities will include opening the bakery early in the morning, mixing dough, preparing fillings and glazing pastries. Applicant's duties will include but not limited to:
- Ensure profitability by maintaining an accurate record of baking operations.
- Manage needed supplies and inventory levels.
- Direct and supervise the production staff’s activities to make sure that products are up to standards.
- Decorate baked products using glaze, icing and other toppings to achieve a finished appearance.
- Assess the quality of raw materials before baking.
- Conduct research to develop original recipes for products.
- Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils.
