The Strategic Information Officer will report to and assist the Strategic Information Manager by ensuring data collection, entry into the EMR and other platforms is optimal. He will ensure that gaps are highlighted in the program implementation for reporting and correction. S/He will be involved in supervisory monitoring of project activities and provide capacity building support to the service providers in terms of the expeditious data collection and reporting as required by CDC. In addition, s/he will support the strengthening of the public private partnership at State and Local Government levels and provide guidance on implementing SI activities to ensure a strong and robust strategic information system in the State. S/He will provide technical supervision of M&E Officers working with CBOs implementing the Project. Oversee collection, storage, analysis and reporting of high quality data from the State project office to the HQ, and other key stakeholders. 100% of his/her time per annum is chargeable to the project.
Qualification:
A Degree in Social Sciences or medical field with at least 5 years in programming for OVC, health, education and sub granting. Also, preferred are knowledge of public sector, health system, NGOs/CBOs and collaborative relationship and liaison with community leaders. An MPH is an added advantage.
Excellent computer skills in Ms Office suite and M & E software: Stata, SPSS, NOMIS etc. is compulsory. Must be able to analyze data to inform program decisions.

Program Officer- Household Economic Strengthening will report to the Technical Advisor – OVC Case Management. S/he will coordinate all the HES&E interventions on the project. He/she will identify adolescents and caregivers to be provided with financial literacy training, cash transfer, linkage to VSLA and vocational training centres. He/She will support the needs and market assessment working with CBOs to identify thriving businesses within the SNUs and provide business start-up support. He/she will coordinate the cash transfer intervention of the project across all the supported SNUs. He/she will also assist in ensuring that all project activities in project state meet effective programming standards and best practices established by ARFH, CDC and the Nigerian Government especially the Child Safeguarding Policy and Code of Conduct. He/she will assist in strengthening technical capacity of CBOs, LGAs and State in OVC programming, service provision and governance as well as provide guidance on referrals for the uptake of services and participate actively in referral coordination meetings.100% of his/her time per annum is chargeable to the project.
Qualification:
A Degree in Economics, Social Sciences or related disciplines with at least 3 years’ cognate experience, which must include at least 2 years in Household Economic Strengthening of Vulnerable Families and financial literacy activities. Also, preferred are knowledge of health programs within the Nigeria public sector, health system, NGOs/CBOs and collaborative relationship and liaison with community leaders. An MPH is added advantage. Familiarity with local tradition and language is highly desirable.

The Program Officer OVC Case Management & Community Services will report to Technical Advisor – OVC Case Management. S/he will coordinate all the OVC Case Management and Community services among priority and targeted sub-populations. Provided technical and programmatic support across all the OVC case management domains and processes. He/she will drive the community level gender norm sessions, acquisition of birth certificate, nutrition assessment, counselling and support activities including food demonstration intervention on the project. He/she will ensure collaboration with government MDAs and stakeholders. He/she will coordinate effective referral and linkage to other social service support not being implemented on the project. 100% of his/her time per annum is chargeable to the project.
Qualification:
A Degree in Medical Field, Social Sciences or related disciplines with at least 5 years’ cognate experience, which must include at least 2 years in Programming for OVC, to mitigate the impact of HIV/AIDS. Also, preferred are knowledge of health programs with the Nigeria public sector, health system, NGOs/CBOs and collaborative relationship and liaison with community leaders. An MPH is an added advantage.

The Technical Advisor OVC Case Management will be reporting to the Associate Director and coordinate all the OVC case management processes and ensure quality service delivery is provided across the OVC case management domains required for Care Plan Achievement. S/He will provide guidance on the enrolment of priority enrolment streams and offer strategic direction for the achievement of enrolment target in Delta, Ekiti and Osun States. S/he will ensure facility enrolment saturation; facilitate bi-direction referral from the facility to the community and vice-versa. S/he provide innovative strategies for increasing community HIV case finding among paediatric and adolescents living with HIV, deployed strategies that will erode linkage gap, improve continuity in treatment, prevent interruption in treatment among children and adolescents living with HIV, achieve viral load suppression and become resilient, through provision of targeted household economic strengthening activities. S/He will provide programmatic, technical and financial responsibility, leadership and management of and reporting on program activities, making decisions and solving problems in short time-frames, while ensuring operational and program quality and integrity, in addition to serving as the program’s first point of interface with CDC on routine and strategic matters, with guidance from the Project Management Team (PMT). Other responsibilities include, effective coordination of program and strategic information and activities of the project and ensuring productive organizational management, communication/interacting with other projects, Government of Nigeria, stakeholders at the National, State, and LGA levels, community and local stakeholder groups, implementing partners and Networks. 100% of his/her time per annum is chargeable to the project.
